Abstract
一种适用于室内采暖的远红外光波供暖板,它包括有发热层、保温层、耐热绝缘涂层、金属导热层、粘合层及电源线,其特征是:发热层为网状碳纤维线电发热层,在碳纤维线电发热层的正面依次设置有绝缘导热膜、金属导热板层、耐热绝缘涂层、远红外光波层及防水层,在网状碳纤维线电热发热层的背面依次设置有绝缘导热膜、保温层、绝热涂层及热反射层。本实用新型的发热材料选用碳纤维线电热发热层,因此发热迅速导热快,具有优良的电性能。由于增加了耐热绝缘涂层及热反射层,使得结构合理,从根本上消除了安装和生产过程中的安全隐患,而且还提高了热效率;由于增加了有机防水层,大大增加了该产品的应用范围。

技术领域
本实用新型属于室内电采暖技术领域,具体地说是一种远红外光波板。
背景技术
电发热元件的研究在近年来有了很多新的发展,特别是在电阻丝、电热管及印刷板加热之后,又研究出金属电热膜以及长碳纤维导电束,远红外光波板等新的电热元件发热技术。在现有采暖技术中,远红外发热技术用于室内的采暖,已逐渐被人们所认可并接受,而远红外光波板是近年推广的高新科技产品,该产品主要具有使用安全、环保、节约电能的特点。
目前,市场上所销售的远红外电热板也因其结构不尽完善,参数不尽合理,存在一些不足,如表面防水性能差,导热板不另做绝缘保护,发热材料耐热性能较差,热效率也不高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种绝缘性能好,并带有提高热效率的热反射层的远红外光波板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它包括有发热层、保温层、耐热绝缘涂层、金属导热层、粘合层及电源线,其特征是:发热层为网状碳纤维线电发热层,在碳纤维线电发热层的正面依次设置有绝缘导热膜、金属导热板层、耐热绝缘涂层、远红外光波层及防水层,在网状碳纤维线电发热层的背面依次设置有绝缘导热膜、保温层、绝热涂层及热反射层。
本实用新型其发热材料选用网状碳纤维电发热层,因此发热迅速导热快,具有优良的电性能。由于增加了耐热绝缘涂层及热反射层,使得结构合理,从根本上消除了安装和生产过程中的安全隐患,而且还提高了热效率;由于增加了有机防水层,相对增加了应用领域。本实用新型适用于住宅、酒店、医院、写字楼等建筑做立体取暖。本新型还具有结构简单、省电、使用方便、使用寿命长、应用范围宽等优点。

下面将通过实例对实用新型作进一步详细说明,但下述的实例仅仅是本实用新型其中的例子而已,并不代表本实用新型所限定的权利保护范围,本实用新型的权利保护范围以权利要求书为准。
具体实施方式
实例1
由图1所示,图中的6为网状碳纤维线电发热层,该网状碳纤维线电发热层6的前后两面分别设置有一层绝缘导热膜5和绝缘导热膜7,在绝缘导热膜5的前部设有一金属导热板层4,在金属导热板层4前部设有一耐热绝缘涂层3,以避免绝缘导热膜5自身绝缘受损时而出现的安全隐患,在耐热绝缘涂层3前还依次远红外光波材料层2及有机防水层1;在碳纤维线电发热层6背面的绝缘导热膜7依次设置有保温层8、绝热涂层9及热反射层10。在本新型供暖板的外沿周边上还设置有一外封边框11,从而将各结构层包住,使其牢固、结构稳定。另外,图中的12为带有插头并与网状碳纤维线电发热层6相连通的电源线。
使用时,接通电源线,即可发热辐射远红外光波用来取暖。
本实用新型的远红外光波板根据需要可以作为室内的装饰板,内墙板使用,一举两得。
Claims (2)
1、一种远红外光波板,它包括有发热层、保温层、耐热绝缘涂层、金属导热层、粘合层及电源线,其特征是:发热层为网状碳纤维线电发热层,在碳纤维线电发热层的正面依次设置有绝缘导热膜、金属导热板层、耐热绝缘涂层、远红外光波层及防水层,在网状碳纤维线电发热层的背面依次设置有绝缘导热膜、保温层、绝热涂层及热反射层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的远红外光波板,其特征是:在光波板的外沿周边上还设置有一外封边框。
