Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种软盒硬化烟标。本实用新型所述的软盒硬化烟标，是仿硬盒包装，结合压痕和模切两种制作方法，使高定量硬纸张的纤维断裂，帮助其在现有的软盒包装机组上几何成型，其四个主要成型面折角均横向、纵向压痕，底面模切成型，侧面和底面打吃浆点线；纸张材料使用定量范围在155g/m2～200g/m2之间的铜版纸、转移铜版纸或卡纸；本实用新型的软盒硬化烟标，包装成型硬挺、结实，不但有效的解决了传统软盒烟标包装挺度不够，易皱扁，压扁烟支，保护功能差等问题，还使整个烟包成型方正笔挺，起棱起角，达到了美观及硬化的效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种软纸卷烟包装的结构。
背景技术
高档软包装卷烟以其物美价廉深受消费者欢迎，但软纸包装材料受工艺所限，一直存在包装成型效果不好，包装精度不够等缺陷。目前在卷烟包装中，主要有两种包装形式：一种是以高定量卡纸为主材的硬盒翻盖包装，这种包装形式对内装物能起到很好的保护作用；另外一种是就是以低定量铜版纸为主材的软盒包装形式。一直以来，软盒烟标匀采用有一定韧性的低定量纸张材料，定量范围一般在90g/m2～110g/m2之间，制作只须裁切。由于一盒香烟标准支数为20支，消费者不可能一次性抽吸完，需要反复抽取，这样一包烟在消费者身上可能会收藏半天甚至一至两天，在这个过程中传统的软盒包装香烟由于用纸材料定量过低，挺度不足，对内装物即烟支的保护力度不够，容易压扁、压皱烟盒及烟支，严重影响包装外观的美观和香烟的吸食口感。软盒烟标这一保护功能的先天性缺陷严重制约软包香烟的发展，因此这个缺陷成为卷烟包装行业急待解决的难题。因此技术人员努力寻求一种能够代替传统软包烟标的软盒硬化烟标以获得更好的市场效益。
实用新型内容
为实现上述目的，本实用新型是这样实现的：提供一种使软盒香烟包装硬挺、对内装物烟支的保护作用起到近似于硬盒包装效果的软盒硬化烟标。本实用新型的软盒硬化烟标，包括在烟标沿折角有压痕和摸切，所述压痕和模切两种形式结合成型，底面和侧面有吃浆线，硬纸张材料的规格为155g/m2--200g/m2。本实用新型所述的软盒硬化烟标，是仿硬盒包装，结合压痕和模切两种制作方法，使高定量硬纸张的纤维断裂，帮助其在现有的软盒包装机组上几何成型，其四个主要成型面折角均横向、纵向压痕，底面模切成型，侧面和底面打吃浆点线；纸张材料使用定量范围在155g/m2～200g/m2之间的铜版纸、转移铜版纸或卡纸。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的软盒硬化烟标通过以下方式来实施，竖直方向按竖压痕线(1)成型，横向按横压痕线(2)成型，压痕高度为0.55mm，宽度为1.25mm，压痕凸出印刷面，底面按底面模切线(3)直接模切，模拟传统软盒烟标折压成型后的形状，上述压痕线和模切线均用刀版在模切设备里一次制成，底面和侧面打上吃浆点线(4)和(5)。
本实用新型的软盒硬化烟标，包装成型硬挺、结实，不但有效的解决了传统软盒烟标包装挺度不够，易皱扁，压扁烟支，保护功能差等问题，还使整个烟包成型方正笔挺，起棱起角，达到了美观及硬化的效果。
Claims (3)
1、一种软盒硬化烟标，包括硬纸张材料、竖压痕线(1)、横压痕线(2)、底面模切线(3)、侧面吃浆点线(4)、底面吃浆点线(5)，在烟标沿折角有压痕和摸切，其特征在于，所述压痕和模切两种形式结合成型。
2、根据权利1所述的软盒硬化烟标，其特征在于：所述底面和侧面有吃浆线。
3、根据权利1所述的软盒硬化烟标，其特征在于：所述硬纸张材料的规格为155g/m2至200g/m2之间的铜版纸、转移铜版纸或卡纸。
