制砖机上通常采用布料机构为其下模输送物料。现有技术中的布料机构大多设置一组或多组摆臂组,由电机通过传动系统、摆臂组带动带耙齿的破拱轴反复转动,对布料机构内的物料进行松料、布料,使其快速、均匀地落入下模。其缺点是结构复杂,构件多、易出故障、维修不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、布料快速均匀且平稳的制砖机上的旋转布料机构。
所述制砖机上的旋转布料机构,包括布料车、破拱摆轴、电机减速机、布料车四角下部设置有滑轮,破拱摆轴上设置有多个拨料轴,其特征是:布料车1上设置有多对相向旋转的破拱摆轴5、6,驱动破拱摆轴旋转的多台电机减速机,在破拱摆轴5、6两端分别设置有相互啮合的布料齿轮3,所述破拱摆轴5、6两端分别通过轴承12与布料车转动连接,布料齿轮3与破拱摆轴5、6两端键连接;各对破拱摆轴5、6还分别通过布料链轮2、传动链条11与减速机10的输出轴传动连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1、采用多个动力传动独立的破拱成对摆轴,成对摆轴两端设置的相互啮合的布料齿轮使成对摆轴作相向旋转运动,成对摆轴上的多个拨料轴作360°旋转搅拌,可达到布料快速、均匀、平稳的效果;所制砖产品密实度好,质量优良;2、降低了对料箱的冲击,减少了噪音,延长了机器使用寿命。

布料车1中装设有多对横向并列的破拱摆轴5、6,破拱摆轴5、6的两端分别通过轴承4、轴承12可转动地支承在布料车1的两侧壁上,破拱摆轴5、6两端分别设置相互啮合的布料齿轮3,破拱摆轴5、6通过布料链轮2、8及传动链条11与减速机10的输出轴传动连接,这样破拱摆轴5、6作360°相向旋转运动,破拱摆轴5、6上的多个拨料轴也作360°相向旋转搅拌,达到布料快速均匀、平稳的效果。
