背景技术
随着人们对生活质量要求的提高，如何有效锻炼及保养肌肤已被越来越多的人所关注；同时由于生活节奏的加快，人们在紧张工作之余，很容易引起肌肉酸痛、疲劳，不经常性的放松神经与肌肉、解除疲劳会影响血液循环，从而影响人的健康。目前市场上各类按摩保健用品很多，但大多体积较大，不够休闲，使用也不够灵活方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、休闲方便的能有效对腿部、臂部等部位肌肤及肌肉进行按摩的简易按摩器。
本实用新型技术方案如下：
本实用新型一种简易按摩器，包括按摩圆球，其特征在于：按摩圆球套装在一圆环形弹性袋中，弹性袋采用松紧带材料，由于弹性袋弹性好，弹性袋可套入腿部及臂部。
本实用新型的弹性袋中可以装多个按摩圆球，弹性袋还可设一扎扣。
本实用新型弹性袋采用棉质弹性松紧带制成，柔软舒适，当套入腿部或臂部时，可根据需要调节松紧，用按摩圆球按摩腿部、臂部肌肤及肌肉。本产品结构简单，休闲方便，能促进血液循环，加快新陈代谢，解除疲劳，放松神经，保养及锻炼肌肤，延缓衰老。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括按摩圆球1，其特征在于：按摩圆球1套装在一圆环形弹性袋2中，弹性袋2采用松紧带材料，由于弹性袋2弹性好，弹性袋2可套入腿部及臂部。
本实施例的弹性袋2中的按摩圆球1有多个，弹性袋设一扎扣3。
本实用新型弹性袋2采用棉质松紧带制成。
本实用新型的按摩圆球1为能用于按摩的金属球、石材球等。

2、根据权利要求1所述的简易按摩器，其特征在于：弹性袋(2)中的按摩圆球(1)有多个。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的简易按摩器，其特征在于：弹性袋设一扎扣(3)。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的简易按摩器，其特征在于：弹性袋(2)采用棉质松紧带制成。
