Abstract
防反流胃镜套管，属于医疗用具，由圆柱形胃镜外套管、充气导管和气囊组成，充气导管2固定在胃镜外套管4的内壁上，在圆柱形胃镜外套管4的咬口5处设置活瓣式注气口1与充气导管2相连，充气导管2的另一端设置气囊3。该实用新型在上消化道出血的病人急诊胃镜检查时使用，能有效的防止反流、避免误吸，使胃镜检查、治疗变得更安全、方便、快捷，损伤小，病人的痛苦小。

背景技术
上消化道出血发病率很高，临床病人很多，是消化科常见急症，胃镜检查是明确诊断和治疗的重要手段，而且检查越早对病人诊断治疗越有利，同时检查的风险也越大，主要是胃镜检查容易发生恶心呕吐引起误吸，危及病人生命。目前，现有的方法是待病人出血停止或病情稳定后再行胃镜操作检查，常常延误了治疗时间，给病人和大夫带来了很大不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种上消化道出血急诊时胃镜检查防止误吸的用具。在急诊胃镜检查时，先把本胃镜外套管套在胃镜镜身上，当胃镜前端进入食管后，沿镜身推入本外套管，然后给气囊充气使其膨胀以封闭套管与食管壁之间的腔隙，从而防止胃内容物(血液)的涌出，避免了误吸的发生，而且不影响胃镜的操作。
本实用新型是这样实现的：防反流胃镜套管，由圆柱形胃镜外套管、充气导管和气囊组成，充气导管2固定在胃镜外套管4的内壁上，在圆柱形胃镜外套管4的咬口5处设置活瓣式注气口1与充气导管2相连，充气导管2的另一端设置气囊3。当套管沿胃镜插入食管后，通过导管给气囊充气，使气囊膨胀以堵塞套管与食管壁之间的腔隙。
本使用新型的有益效果是：一是该防反流(误吸)胃镜套管应用后，上消化道出血的病人在急诊胃镜检查时使用，由于能有效的防止反流、避免误吸，使胃镜检查、治疗变的更安全、方便、快捷，可以做到随到随做。二是由于是可充气气囊，损伤小，病人的痛苦小。三是由于能早期行胃镜检查治疗，可缩短病人住院时间，减少医疗费用从而减轻病人的经济负担。

具体实施方式
下面结合图对本实用新型进一步叙述
本品以优质硅胶为材料制成圆柱形胃镜套管4(长20cm以上)，在圆柱形胃镜外套管4的咬口5处设置活瓣式注气口1，活瓣式注气口1与充气导管2相连，充气导管2的另一端设置气囊3，通过活瓣式注气口1打入气体，使气囊3与食管壁紧贴，避免返流。在急诊胃镜检查时，先把本胃镜外套管套在胃镜镜身上，当胃镜前端进入食管后，沿镜身推入本外套管，套管沿胃镜插入食管后，打开活瓣式注气口(图中1)，使用注气装置(如注射器)，通过导管给气囊充气，使气囊胀大以封闭套管与食管壁之间的腔隙，从而防止胃内容物(血液)的涌出，避免误吸，而且不影响胃镜的操作。当检查治疗结束后，打开开关(图中1)，放掉气体，拔出套管。

1、防反流胃镜套管，由圆柱形胃镜外套管、充气导管和气囊组成，其特征是：充气导管(2)固定在胃镜外套管(4)的内壁上，在圆柱形胃镜外套管(4)的咬口(5)处设置活瓣式注气口(1)与充气导管(2)相连，充气导管(2)的另一端设置气囊(3)。
