Abstract
一种食品冷藏保鲜柜,包括柜体(1),柜体(1)内设有货架(10),所述柜体(1)内的顶部和/或侧壁处设有臭氧释放管(2),臭氧释放管(2)上分布有多个出气孔(3),臭氧释放管(2)与外壁上设有的臭氧发生器(13)相连,所述柜体(1)内安装有臭氧感应器(4),臭氧感应器(4)与所述臭氧发生器(13)电连接。在冷藏蔬菜、水果、鲜肉等,可根据需要使臭氧发生器定时定量释放适量浓度的臭氧气,用于杀灭产品表面的有害病菌,并降解产品表面粘附的农药等有害物质。由于是采用臭氧杀灭产品表面的有害病菌,无需任何防腐物质,故对食品和环境没有任何污染,完全符合食品有机保鲜的技术要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种保存食品的冷藏柜。
背景技术
长期以来,为了让较高档的蔬菜、水果、鲜肉等产品在销售时尽可能延长货架期,常采用塑料泡膜和塑料保鲜膜将蔬菜、水果、鲜肉等产品包装后,再将其放到冷藏保鲜柜中进行冷藏,但采用塑料泡膜和塑料保鲜膜包装,不但显著增大产品成本,塑料泡膜和塑料保鲜膜的废弃物还会造成对环境的污染破坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可杀灭有害病菌、除去臭味,无需采用塑料泡膜和塑料保鲜膜包装,对食品和环境没有任何污染的食品冷藏保鲜柜。
本实用新型的食品冷藏保鲜柜,包括柜体,柜体内设货架,所述柜体内的顶部和/或侧壁处设有臭氧释放管,臭氧释放管上分布有多个出气孔,臭氧释放管与外壁上设有的臭氧发生器相连,所述柜体内安装有臭氧感应器,臭氧感应器与所述臭氧发生器电连接。
本实用新型的食品冷藏保鲜柜,其中所述柜体内的顶部和/或侧壁处设有汽雾释放管,汽雾释放管上分布有多个排气孔,汽雾释放管与外壁上设有的汽雾加湿器或超声波加湿器相连,所述柜体内的侧壁上安装有温度湿度感应器,温度湿度感应器与所述汽雾加湿器或超声波加湿器电连接。
本实用新型的食品冷藏保鲜柜,其中所述柜体内位于所述货架的下方设有多个风扇或风机。
本实用新型的食品冷藏保鲜柜,其中所述臭氧发生器和所述汽雾加湿器或超声波加湿器分别安装在所述柜体的顶部或外侧壁处。
本实用新型的食品冷藏保鲜柜,其中所述风扇或风机的数量为2-4个,所述臭氧感应器安装在所述柜体内的侧壁上。
本实用新型的食品冷藏保鲜柜,其可根据需要使臭氧发生器和柜体内的臭氧感应器定时定量释放适量浓度的臭氧气,用于冷藏保鲜柜内部表面消毒和杀灭产品表面的有害病菌,并降解产品表面粘附的农药等有害物质,除去冷藏保鲜柜内臭味。由于不用任何防腐物质,是采用臭氧杀灭产品表面的有害病菌,故对食品和环境没有任何污染,尤其适合保藏较高档的蔬菜、水果、鲜肉等产品,并且保藏条件完全符合食品有机保鲜的技术要求。
下面结合附图对本实用新型的食品冷藏保鲜柜作进一步详细说明。

具体实施方式
由图1可以看出,本实用新型的食品冷藏保鲜柜,包括柜体1,柜体1内设有蒸发管9和货架10,蒸发管9位于柜体1内的顶部。柜体1内的顶部设有臭氧释放管2,臭氧释放管2也可以是位于柜体1内的侧壁处,臭氧释放管2上分布有多个出气孔3,臭氧释放管2与外壁上设有的臭氧发生器13相连,柜体1内安装有臭氧感应器4,臭氧感应器4安装在柜体1内的侧壁上,臭氧感应器4与臭氧发生器13电连接。
上述柜体1内的顶部和/或侧壁处设有汽雾释放管5,汽雾释放管5也可以是位于柜体1内的侧壁处,汽雾释放管5上分布有多个排气孔6,汽雾释放管5与外壁上设有的汽雾加湿器或超声波加湿器7相连,柜体1内的侧壁上安装有温度湿度感应器8,温度湿度感应器8与汽雾加湿器或超声波加湿器7电连接。
上述柜体1内位于货架10的下方设有2个风扇或风机11,风扇或风机11的数量也可以为3个或4个。
上述臭氧发生器3和汽雾加湿器或超声波加湿器7分别安装在柜体1的顶部或外侧壁处。
本实用新型的食品冷藏保鲜柜在冷藏食品前,先开启臭氧发生器13,让臭氧发生器13释放一定量的臭氧气通过臭氧释放管2对柜体1内部进行全面彻底消毒灭菌。在冷藏蔬菜、水果、鲜肉等时,可根据需要使臭氧发生器13定时定量释放适量浓度的臭氧气,用于杀灭产品表面的有害病菌,并降解产品表面粘附的农药等有害物质。
如果需要存的食品要求同时控制温度和湿度,可根据保鲜食品所需要的温度和湿度,通过冷藏柜原有的温控装置调整控制柜体1内部的温度,同时通过温度湿度感应器8测得的数据,利用汽雾加湿器或超声波加湿器7并通过汽雾释放管5调整柜体1内部的湿度,并运行2个风扇或风机11,使柜体1内部的对流循环,保持柜体1内部的所有空间相对均匀的冷藏条件。因此,本实用新型的食品冷藏保鲜柜,按所保鲜食品的需要自动调节温度和湿度,在需要时可释放一定浓度的臭氧气体杀灭所保藏产品上的有害病菌、除去柜体1内部的臭味和异味,最终起到冷藏、防腐、食品保鲜作用。本产品无需任何防腐物质,对食品和环境没有任何污染,简单实用,完全符合食品有机保鲜的技术要求。
上面所述的实施例仅仅是对本实用新型的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本实用新型的范围进行限定,在不脱离本实用新型设计精神的前提下,本领域普通工程技术人员对本实用新型的技术方案作出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本实用新型的权利要求书确定的保护范围内。
Claims (5)
1.食品冷藏保鲜柜,包括柜体(1),柜体(1)内设有货架(10),其特征在于:所述柜体(1)内的顶部和/或侧壁处设有臭氧释放管(2),臭氧释放管(2)上分布有多个出气孔(3),臭氧释放管(2)与外壁上设有的臭氧发生器(13)相连,所述柜体(1)内安装有臭氧感应器(4),臭氧感应器(4)与所述臭氧发生器(13)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品冷藏保鲜柜,其特征在于:所述柜体(1)内的顶部和/或侧壁处设有汽雾释放管(5),汽雾释放管(5)上分布有多个排气孔(6),汽雾释放管(5)与外壁上设有的汽雾加湿器或超声波加湿器(7)相连,所述柜体(1)内的侧壁上安装有温度湿度感应器(8),温度湿度感应器(8)与所述汽雾加湿器或超声波加湿器(7)电连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的食品冷藏保鲜柜,其特征在于:所述柜体(1)内位于所述货架(10)的下方设有多个风扇或风机(11)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的食品冷藏保鲜柜,其特征在于:所述臭氧发生器(13)和所述汽雾加湿器或超声波加湿器(7)分别安装在所述柜体(1)的顶部或外侧壁处。
5.根据权利要求4所述的食品冷藏保鲜柜,其特征在于:所述风扇或风机(11)的数量为2-4个,所述臭氧感应器(4)安装在所述柜体(1)内的侧壁上。
