本实用新型涉及建筑材料技术领域,特指一种新型模块框,其包括横向框、纵向框,模块框由横向框和纵向框型材的两端开设斜角拼接而成,横向框和纵向框一端面开设有排气孔、定位孔、排雨孔,下雨天时雨水能有效排放,在天气热的时候有蒸气和使用时间长后能及时排出脏物和蒸气,不会使模块框架损坏,并且在安装时能根据需要而做出及时的调整安装。

本实用新型涉及建筑材料技术领域,特指一种新型模块框。
背景技术:
目前,在太阳能的模块框架制作安装中,采用铝型材制作,在使用的过程中,由于下雨天时雨水不能有效排放,在天气热的时候有蒸气、同时使用时间长后不能及时排出脏物会使模块框架损坏,并且在型材的固定上还存在不能活动,从而在安装时不能根据需要而做出及时的调整安装。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术不足而提供一种新型模块框,结构简单,装配时可调整安装,能有效排水、排污。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:其包括横向框、纵向框,模块框由横向框和纵向框型材的两端开设斜角拼接而成,横向框和纵向框一端面开设有排气孔、定位孔、排雨孔。
所述的排雨孔开设在横向框和纵向框的结合部。
本实用新型的有益效果是:模块框由横向框和纵向框型材的两端开设斜角拼接而成,横向框和纵向框一端面开设有排气孔、定位孔、排雨孔,装配时可调整安装,能有效排水、排污。

具体实施方式:
见图1、2所示,本实用新型包括横向框1、纵向框2,模块框由横向框1和纵向框2型材的两端开设斜角拼接而成,横向框1和纵向框2一端面开设有排气孔4、定位孔5、排雨孔3。
所述的排雨孔3开设在横向框1和纵向框2的结合部。
在安装时,将横向框1和纵向框2拼装,在横向框1和纵向框2的开口卡槽7装入太阳能模块6,下雨天时雨水能有效排放,在天气热的时候有蒸气和使用时间长后能及时排出脏物和蒸气,不会使模块框架损坏,并且在安装时能根据需要而做出及时的调整安装。

2、根据权利要求1所述的一种新型模块框,其特征在于:所述的排雨孔(3)开设在横向框(1)和纵向框(2)的结合部。
