本实用新型为用于痹证四线排寒疗法的钢针，涉及中医器械，在痹证的四线排寒疗法中具有金针引流的步骤，需用直径较粗，强度和刚度较高的钢针穿刺到病灶流注的关节腔内，不仅刺激经络，还要形成针孔，为后步压空抽提提供通道，对骨刺和椎间盘突出患者需要将骨刺磨平磨短，和对粘连组织剥离，为此本实用新型公开了一种具有针杆和针把的不锈钢钢针，针杆直径为0.4－0.6mm，长为55－120mm，针把直径为3－6mm，长为60－80mm，本实用新型具有结构简单，加工方便，功能多样的有益效果。

本实用新型涉及医疗器械领域，尤其是涉及中医器械。
背景技术
中医所谓的痹证就是西医所指的风湿疾病，包括风湿性关节炎、关节痛、强直性脊柱炎、痛风性关节炎、骨关节炎、腰椎间盘突出、颈椎病、坐骨神经痛等，中医界还把颈、肩、腰、腿及各种关节疼痛、肿胀、僵硬、麻木、变形致残等均纳入痹证之列。痹证以侵犯人体关节，破坏骨质为特征，致使关节肿胀疼痛、僵硬、脱位、变形，使机体丧失功能，从而使人致残。痹证的发病率很高，患者遍及全球，没有一个国家和地区能幸免，经调查我国类风湿性关节炎的患病率为0.3-0.5％，农村高于城市，女性高于男性。但长期以来没有一套行之有效的治疗方案，一旦患病很难痊愈，患者长期在痛苦中生活。为此我们以中医的辩证施治原理为指导，按照病因、病理、期型、年龄、性别等个体差异研究出了一套行之有效的痹证四线排寒疗法，取得了显著的疗效，已经申请了中国专利，其中包括一线冲击疗法，二线循环疗法，三线免疫调节法，四线退守巩固法。每线都涉及有不同的药物治疗和专门的金针引流和压空抽提，使药力透入骨骼，病灶集中流注到关节腔内，用特制钢针快速准确穿刺到病灶流注的关节腔，退针后在针孔处有少量血液渗出，然后再用压空抽提，负压下吸取经钢针穿刺的关节腔内风寒湿邪病灶，吸出淡红色液体和气泡，抽提20分钟，如此达到驱风寒除湿邪的目的。
上述所用钢针还应具有剔除骨刺尖端，将骨刺磨平磨短，消除骨刺对软组织的刺痛；另外钢针还需对椎间盘突出患处的粘连组织剥离，这种钢针应具有较高的强度和刚性，较粗的直径，但目前市售的钢针都是很细，直径小于0.1mm，而且很软，不能满足上述要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的为提供一直径较粗、强度较高能满足痹证四线排寒疗法要求的钢针。
实现上述目的的技术方案为：用于痹证四线排寒疗法的钢针具有针杆和针把两部分，针杆尾部插在针把端部孔中，钎焊固定，针杆直径为0.4-0.6mm，长为55-120mm，针把直径为3-6mm，长为60-80mm，材质为不锈钢。
在治疗时钢针穿刺入病灶流注的关节腔内，刺激患处经络，并形成较大的针孔，为下步压空抽提提供通道，如患者生有骨刺，捻动钢针将骨刺磨平磨短，如患者患有椎间盘突出，可在椎间进针，将粘连组织剥离。退针后形成针眼，在负压作用下使变形部位恢复。
本实用新型具有结构简单，加工方便，功能多样的有益效果。

具体实施方式
图1为本实用新型的一种实施例，针杆1的直径为0.5mm，长度为55mm，针把2直径为4mm，长度为55mm，针杆和针把都为不锈钢制成，针把具有压花。制备时将针杆的尾部弯成圈状，插入针把端部的孔中再用焊锡钎焊而成。

1、用于痹证四线排寒疗法的钢针，其特征为具有针杆和针把两部分，针杆尾部插在针把端部孔中，钎焊固定，针杆直径为0.4-0.6mm，长为55-120mm，针把直径为3-6mm，长为60-80mm。
2、根据权利要求1所述的用于痹证四线排寒疗法的钢针，其特征为针杆材质为不锈钢。
