本实用新型涉及一种带LED灯会发光的无框太阳能电池板,白天充好电,晚上LED灯就可以发光,适用于航空太阳能指示灯、太阳能航标灯等各种太阳能电池板系列,属于太阳能电池板技术领域。
背景技术
通常的无框太阳能电池板实际是一块纯粹意义上用于充电的电池板,LED灯晚上需要发光发亮的话,必须将LED安装在另一个靠体上来完成,这样占地面积大,操作不方便,维护维修麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种提高电池板利用率的带LED灯会发光的无框太阳能电池板。
为实现以上目的,本实用新型的技术方案是提供一种带LED灯会发光的无框太阳能电池板,包括电池板和干电池,控制器和干电池设于电池板的后面,干电池与电池板连接,其特征在于,在电池板表面设有至少一个LED灯,LED灯与控制器连接。
本实用新型将电池板与LED灯合二为一,充分利用空间,发挥电池板与LED的最大使用率,不仅美观而且轻便实用。
本实用新型的优点是电池板的利用率高,体积小,外形美观轻便,可连续工作5-7个阴雨天。

实施例
如图1、2所示,为一种带LED灯会发光的无框太阳能电池板结构示意图,所述的带LED灯会发光的无框太阳能电池板由电池板1、控制器2、干电池3和LED灯4组成,控制器2和干电池3安装在电池板1的后面,二节干电池3与电池板1连接,在电池板1表面安装LED灯4,LED灯4分二组,一组为外圈12个,二组为内圈4个。外圈12个LED灯4以每二个为一小组,排列分别是正极与负极,串联在一起;每小组之间的正极和正极并联,负极和负极并联,外圈每小组LED灯4并联共6组,内圈4个LED与外圈原理相同,控制器2设计有自动循环定时电路,当晚上灯点亮的时候开始计时到灯熄灭至第二天白天为一个循环,灯亮定时为8小时,前4小时二组LED灯4全亮,后4小时只亮一组LED灯4,8小时后全部熄灭,太阳能电池:2.8V,干电池:6V,光源:8-24高亮度LED。

1.一种带LED灯会发光的无框太阳能电池板,包括电池板(1)和干电池(3),控制器(2)和干电池(3)设于电池板(1)的后面,干电池(3)与电池板(1)连接,其特征在于,在电池板(1)表面设有至少一个LED灯(4),LED灯(4)与控制器(2)连接。
