本实用新型属于一种绝缘件,尤其是涉及一种高压开关柜内用来隔离触头的绝缘件。
背景技术
铠装式开式交流金属密闭开关柜,适用于三相交流50Hz、40.5kV单母线及单母线分断电力系统,主要应用于发电厂,变电所及工矿企业,高层建筑的变配电中作为接受和分配电能之用,并对电路实行控制、保护和监测,并具备完善的“五防”功能,触头盒用来隔离开关柜中的动、静触头,防止动、静触头与柜体等外部设备放电等一系列电反应。
目前,传统的铠装式开式交流金属密闭开关柜由于体积较大,与之配套的触头盒体积也较大,爬电距离能达到要求,随着开关柜朝着小型化、组合化,智能化发展,而与之配套的触头盒体积也必然随之减小,造成爬电距离达不到要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的触头盒的爬电距离达不到要求,本实用新型旨在提供一种爬电距离符合要求的触头盒,该触头盒具有良好的绝缘、电气性能。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下的技术方案:其结构包括:本体,本体外环面设置有裙边,支持边,嵌件浇注在本体上,其要点是:本体的外环面还设置有防护边、隔离层,所述隔离层设置在防护边的内侧。
进一步的技术方案:隔离层设有1条或1条以上。
进一步的:防护边的一侧延伸至与支持边对齐,防护边的另一侧延伸至本体的下端面。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过在本体的外环面设置防护边、防护边内侧设置有1条或1条以上的隔离层的技术方案,使触头盒的爬电距离达到要求,并具有良好的绝缘、电气性能。

参见附图,触头盒的本体4,以及设置在本体4上的裙边3,支持边2,防护边6和隔离层5是整体结构,由环氧树脂,固化剂,硅微粉按一定的比例混合,与嵌件1采用环氧树脂成型技术制成,使其爬电距离达到要求,隔离层设置有1条或1条以上,使其具有良好的绝缘、电气性能。

1、一种三通触头盒,其结构包括本体(4),本体(4)的外环面设置有裙边(3),支持边(2),本体(4)内部设置有嵌件(1),其特征在于:本体(4)的外环面上还设置有防护边(6)、隔离层(5)。
2、如权利要求1所述的三通触头盒,其特征在于:所述隔离层有1条或1条以上。
3、如权利要求1所述的三通触头盒,其特征在于:所述的防护边(6)的一侧延伸至与支持边对齐,防护边(6)的另一侧延伸至本体的下端面。
4、如权利要求1所述的三通触头盒,其特征在于:所述的隔离层设置在防护边的内侧。
