本实用新型涉及环境保护设备技术领域,具体涉及一种电石炉的CO回收系统。本实用新型要为克服现有技术存在的有安全隐患、影响锅炉和袋除尘器使用寿命的问题,提供的技术方案是:一种电石炉的CO回收系统,包括电石炉、余热锅炉和袋除尘器,还包括热风炉,热风炉的进气口与电石炉的排烟口相接,热风炉的出气口与余热锅炉相接。本实用新型的优点是:1.CO燃烧充分,从根本上解决了安全隐患;2.受热面更均匀,提高了余热锅炉的热效率;3.烟气温度降低到了200℃,不会烧坏袋除尘器;4.同时锅炉壁产生焦油结晶现象大为降低,锅炉的使用寿命得到延长。

背景技术:
由于电石出炉时会产生大量的烟气,烟气中含有大量的CO气体和不同颗粒的烟气粉尘,会对余热锅炉产生安全隐患。目前国内采取的方法是将电石炉排出的烟气直接输送至余热锅炉,再经袋除尘器排入大气。其存在的问题是:CO不能充分燃烧,安全隐患不能排除;烟气温度过高,容易烧坏袋除尘器;锅炉壁容易产生焦油结晶,影响锅炉使用寿命。
发明内容:
本实用新型要提供一种电石炉的CO回收系统,以克服现有技术存在的有安全隐患、影响锅炉和袋除尘器使用寿命的问题。
为克服现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供的技术方案是:一种电石炉的CO回收系统,包括电石炉4、余热锅炉2和袋除尘器1,其特殊之处在于:还包括热风炉3,热风炉3的进气口与电石炉4的排烟口相接,热风炉3的出气口与余热锅炉2相接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:CO燃烧充分,从根本上解决了安全隐患;受热面更均匀,提高了余热锅炉的热效率;烟气温度降低到了200℃,不会烧坏袋除尘器;同时锅炉壁产生焦油结晶现象大为降低,锅炉的使用寿命得到延长。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型做详细说明。
参见附图,一种电石炉的CO回收系统,包括与电石炉4相接,顺序排列的热风炉3、余热锅炉2、袋除尘器1。热风炉3的进气口与电石炉4的排烟口相接,热风炉3的出气口与余热锅炉2相接。
具体工作过程是:电石炉4产生的含有CO的烟气被输送至热风炉3经热煤气喷嘴配一次风,在热风炉3内进行充分燃烧,烟气温度在1300-1400度左右,再经热煤气喷嘴配二次风降温,烟气温度控制在600度左右,输入余热锅炉2进行热交换。充分燃烧掉烟气中的CO,通过二次配风使烟气温度从1400℃降低到800℃,热交换后输送至余热锅炉2,使出炉烟气控制在200℃,再经袋除尘器1排入大气。

1、一种电石炉的CO回收系统,包括电石炉(4)、余热锅炉(2)和袋除尘器(1),其特征在于:还包括热风炉(3),热风炉(3)的进气口与电石炉(4)的排烟口相接,热风炉(3)的出气口与余热锅炉(2)相接。
