现有针阀,为防止灰尘进入阀杆螺纹系统,要在上阀盖上设置防尘盖。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种不需设置防尘盖也能防止灰尘进入阀杆螺纹系统的针阀。
本实用新型所采用的技术解决方案是:一种防尘针阀,包括阀杆、上阀盖,所述阀杆上固定有圆手把,圆手把的下端套在阀盖的上部,并与上阀盖呈活动配合,阀门启闭时,圆手把下端始终不超过上阀盖的顶端。
采用上述结构,可以利用针阀固有的圆把手直接防止灰尘进入阀杆螺纹系统,从而防止灰尘破坏阀杆润滑和磨损,进一步提高密封效果,且不需添加其它部件,结构简单。

如附图所示实施例,本实用新型防尘针阀,包括阀体5、阀杆3、上阀盖4,圆手把1由顶丝2固定在阀杆3上,圆手把1的下端套在上阀盖4的上部,将上阀盖4上部包裹,并与上阀盖4呈活动配合,阀门启闭时,圆手把1下端始终不超过上阀盖4的顶端,使灰尘不能进入阀杆螺纹系统,从而防止灰尘破坏阀杆润滑和磨损。
