Abstract

一种家庭日用燃气、燃煤高效节能热水壶。它是在传统燃气、燃煤热水壶基础上改进而成。其壶底设计为锥形,壶壁延至壶底下部,形成一段裙状壶壁,从而构一个燃烧腔,在此燃烧腔的壶底下面,装一组自中心呈辐射状排列的金属导热片,其与锥形壶底、导热片连接环、裙状壶壁相连接,构成一换热器结构,其受热面大大增加,热效率显著提高,较传统热水壶节能达35%以上。构造简单,易于实施。

本实用新型涉及一种家庭日用燃气、燃煤热水壶,是一种高效节能热水壶。
背景技术
长期以来,家庭日用燃气、燃煤热水壶,受热面积小,热效率低下,能源浪费严重。据测(以居家燃气为例),日常烧制开水、热水所耗能源,占家庭生活耗能的30%——40%。是值得关注的一个方面。
发明内容
为了克服目前家用燃气、燃煤热水壶热效率低下问题,本实用新型提供一种高效节能热水壶。该壶受热面积大大增加,热效率显箸提高,节能效果良好。
本实用新型,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:将壶底设计为锥形,壶壁延至壶底下部,形成一段裙状壶壁,从而构成一个燃烧腔,在此燃烧腔内,装一组自壶底中心呈辐射状排列的金属导热片,其与锥形壶底、导热片连接环、裙状壶壁相连接,构成一换热器结构,以增大受热面积,提高换热效率。在裙状壶壁与锥形壶底连接部下方,开一组环状排列的燃烧废气排孔,以改善壶底外缘受热状况。
本实用新型的有益效果是,其热效率大幅提高,节能效果显著。经样品与普通热水壶(不锈钢质)的燃气灶对比测试,在供试用水水量相等,水温相同条件下,用中火烧至水沸,其平均节能达35%以上。且构造简单,易于实施。

具体实施方式
在图1中,锥形壶底(2)与壶壁(1)连接,导热片连接环(5)与锥形壶底(2)连接,导热片(4)再与锥形壶底(2)、裙状壶底(3)及导热片连接环(5)连接,形成一个换热器结构。在裙状壶壁与锥形壶底连接部下方,开一组环状排列的燃烧废气排孔,以改善壶底外缘受热状况。

  1. 一种家庭日用燃气、燃煤高效节能热水壶,在其锥形壶底下部,导热片与导热片连接环和锥形壶底、裙状壶壁相连接,其特征是:在锥型形壶底与裙状壶壁构成的燃烧腔内,装一组自壶底中心呈辐射状排列的金属导热片,构成一换热器结构。
