背景技术
现有的家用防水手套，通常采用乳胶或PVC制作成单层手套，其缺陷是内表面直接贴附于皮肤，夏天会因不透气而有不适感，冬天将手浸入水中洗物因保暖性差而有冻手感。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种内表面柔软、毛糙的PVC家用手套。
本实用新型为解决技术问题采取的技术方案是：一种PVC家用手套，具有柔软的PVC主层，其特征在于PVC主层内表面通过植绒或喷绒紧密接合绒毛层。
所述绒毛采用化纤或棉纤或动物毛，通过静电植绒工艺吸附在PVC主层的内表面。
本实用新型采用柔软性良好的PVC材料制成手套主层，具有耐油、耐酸、高强度、防水、安全可靠等特点，通过静电植绒或喷绒，在PVC主层内表面构成有毛糙感的保温绒毛层，手不直接与主层内光滑表面接触，吸湿通气、柔软舒适，可提高抓握力，特别适合于冬天家庭洗刷时使用。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2，PVC家用手套具有柔软的PVC主层1，在PVC主层内表面通过植绒或喷绒紧密接合绒毛层2。绒毛采用化纤或棉纤或动物毛，实施例绒毛选用化纤丝，通过静电植绒工艺吸附在PVC主层的内表面。其制作工艺按以下步骤进行：A、采用浸浆或喷浆在手形瓷模表面形成PVC浆层；B、烘干，形成PVC主层1；C、采用浸浆或喷浆在PVC主层表面形成胶粘层；D、用专用静电植绒装置将绒毛植于胶粘层；E、烘干塑化，形成绒毛层2；F、将手套从手形瓷模反转剥离，即完成本实用新型PVC家用手套。
如果在手形瓷模手掌区域表面制有分布的小凹坑，在可在手套的手掌区域形成分布的小凸粒，可提高抓握力。

1、一种PVC家用手套，具有柔软的PVC主层，其特征在于PVC主层内表面通过植绒或喷绒紧密接合绒毛层。
2、根据权利要求1所述PVC家用手套，其特征在于所述绒毛采用化纤或棉纤或动物毛。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述PVC家用手套，其特征在于绒毛通过静电植绒工艺吸附在PVC主层的内表面。
