Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种属于炉灶技术领域的节能民用炉。它是在普通民用炉的炉筒内出烟口的下部一侧设有挡火板,挡火板由内挡火板和外挡火板组成,外挡火板与内挡火板铰接并可向上翻转。挡火板的设置使得燃料火苗不能直接窜入烟道,这样缩短了对炉上器皿的加热时间,同时对室内取暖十分有利,自然也就实现了节约能源的目的,它特别适合在北方乡镇单户取暖的居民家中推广使用。

背景技术
目前,在我国北方乡镇的居民单户取暖,还都是以老式夹套炉为主,这种普通炉灶(尤其是在有风的天气)存在烟道“吸火”现象。由于火苗被迅速吸入烟道,热量损失较大,不利于烧水做饭和取暖,浪费能源。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为解决背景技术的不足而提供一种热效率较高的节能民用炉。
本实用新型是这样实现的:它在普通民用炉筒内出烟口的下部一侧设有挡火板,挡火板由内挡火板和外挡火板组成,内挡火板的一端与炉筒固定连接,外挡火板与内挡火板的一端铰接,外挡火板与内挡火板在一个水平面或者可向上旋转90°,在内挡火板上和外挡火板上设有通气孔。
本实用新型相比背景技术具有如下优点:①由于在炉内设置有挡火板,火苗不能直接窜入烟道,这对炉上的器皿加热和室内取暖十分有利;②挡火板挡火的面积可调,可方便使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图通过实施例对本实用新型做进一步详述:如图1、图2、图3所示,挡火板由内挡火板2和外挡火板4组成,他们之间铰接,在内挡火板2的外侧设有弧形连接板1,连接板1与炉筒壁固定连接。为了减少一氧化碳气体的产生,在内挡火板2和外挡火板4上设有通气孔3。本实用新型工作原理如图4所示,在挡火板的作用下,燃烧的火苗不能直接窜入烟道,这样缩短了对炉上器皿的加热时间,同时对室内取暖十分有利,自然也就实现了节约能源的目的。为了方便使用,挡火板的外挡火板4可向上翻转90°,实现挡火面积可调。

1、一种节能民用炉,其特征在于它在普通民用炉筒内出烟口的下部一侧设有挡火板,挡火板由内挡火板和外挡火板组成,内挡火板的一端与炉筒固定连接,外挡火板与内挡火板的一端铰接,外挡火板与内挡火板在一个水平面或者可向上旋转90°,在内挡火板上和外挡火板上设有通气孔。
