Abstract

一种末段反渗透产水回流型反渗透装置,由高压泵、多段反渗透膜组件组成,其特征在于从末段反渗透组件产水管上,引接出一产水回流管,使之与高压泵进口管连接,通过降低反渗透装置混合产水电导率和进水电导率,达到有效提高反渗透装置产水水质的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种反渗透膜法制纯水装置。
背景技术
目前使用反渗透膜装置制造纯水已较为普遍,它具有产水水质好、环保、节能等特点;但现有反渗透膜法纯水制备装置存在的一个缺点是:当反渗透产水不能达到要求的水质时,一般需增加后继设备,对其产水进一步处理,才能提高其水质,使其达到要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,就是针对普通型反渗透装置存在的缺点,使其在产水水质不能达到要求时,能在不增加后继处理设备情况下,提高反渗透装置的产水水质,使其达到要求。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:在以管道顺序连接的高压泵、多段反渗透膜组件组成的反渗透装置中,特别从未段反渗透组件产水管上,引接出一产水回流管,使之与高压泵进口管连接。
本实用新型在末段反渗透组件产水管上引接出一产水回流管,使之与高压泵前进口管连接,这样由于高产水电导率产水在混合产水中含量降低,这就降低了反渗透装置混合产水电导率;同时末段反渗透组件产水的回流,降低了反渗透装置进水电导率,也降低了多段反渗透组件的产水电导率;这样就可在不增加后继处理设备的前提下,达到有效提高反渗透装置产水水质的目的。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的组成结构如附图,从预处理装置得到的产水1,作为反渗透装置的进水,通过进水管2,送入高压泵3,由高压泵3加压后,通过高压泵出口管4,送至多段反渗透膜组件5,经多段反渗透膜组件5中的首段反渗透膜组件5-1处理后,产出的纯水通过管道9外供;其浓水通过管道6送入反渗透膜组件5-2进一步处理,产出的纯水通过管道10,与反渗透膜组件5-1产出的纯水混合后,通过管道11,成外供纯水12;其浓水通过管道7进入浓水池8。在本实用新型中,特别从未段反渗透组件5-2的产水管10上,引接出一产水回流管13,使之于高压泵3的进口管2连接,该产水回流管13上设有调节阀,用于调节回流水量。
由于采用了末段反渗透组件产水的回流,有效降低了反渗透装置进水电导率和反渗透膜组件的混合产水电导率,这样就可在不增加后继处理设备的前提下,达到有效提高反渗透装置产水水质的目的。

1、一种末段产水回流型反渗透装置,包括以管道顺序连接的高压泵和多段反渗透膜组建组成的反渗透装置,其特征在于从末段反渗透组件产水管上,引接出一产水回流管,使之与高压泵进口管连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的末段产水回流型反渗透装置,其特征是一级反渗透装置或多级反渗透装置。
