Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种用于小型沼气罐的沼气储存循环装置,其特征是,它是在沼气罐上端的出气管上安装单向出气阀、安全排气阀、集水器、储气囊和三通,三通的一个口连接炉灶,三通的另一个口连接循环泵,循环泵出口连接到沼气罐底部。本实用新型的优点是:罐内气压大时,由气囊储存多余液体,在单向阀的作用下不会再向罐内反充,大于一定压力时才从安全排气阀少量排出,通过循环泵使气囊气体从罐底进入,实现气体自动搅拌,防止原料结壳,形成沼气周而复始的良好循环。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种沼气罐利用装置,尤其涉及10m3以下的小沼气罐。
背景技术
目前,传统沼气罐存在着以下不足,当沼气充足时往往导致料液在高压气体压力下流出池外,必须及时排气才能解决,排气不及时容易涨坏沼气池,排出的气体又是影响大气环境的有害气体。另外,现有的沼气罐内容易结垢。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有小型沼气罐存在的不足之处,提供一种结构简单的沼气循环装置。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:在沼气罐上端的出气管上安装单向出气阀、安全排气阀、集水器、储气囊和三通,三通的一个口连接炉灶,三通的另一个口连接循环泵,循环泵出口连接到沼气罐底部。
本实用新型的优点是:
罐内气压大时,由气囊储存多余液体,在单向阀的作用下不会再向罐内反充,大于一定压力时才从安全排气阀少量排出,通过循环泵使气囊气体从罐底进入,实现气体自动搅拌,防止原料结壳,形成沼气周而复始的良好循环。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施作进一步详细概述。
由图1可知,本实用新型是在沼气罐1上端的出气管上安装单向出气阀2,单向出气阀2连接安全排气阀3,通过集水器4通向储气囊5,再利用三通6连通炉灶7,三通6的另一出口通过循环泵8气体又循环到沼气罐1内。
本实用新型在管道最低处安装集水器4,在炉灶燃烧时,沼气供炉灶,在不燃烧时,沼气又循环到沼气罐内,能够促使料液流动,防止结壳,使料液分布均匀,增强微生物与原料的接触,使其活性增强,提高产气量,提高原料的利用率和能量的转换效率。该沼气装置平均提高产气量20%以上,有效利用沼气提高10%以上。
