Abstract
一种硫磺回收用烧氨装置,包括用于气体混合的反应室(1)及用于燃烧的烧嘴(2)机构,其特征在于所述烧嘴(2)机构和反应室(1)均为为单个,烧嘴机构(2)通过导气管连接有用于加热酸性气体的第一预热器(3)和用于加热空气的第二预热器(4),烧嘴(2)机构与反应室(1)的锥形进口(11)相连接,该锥形进口(11)由外向内口径缩小。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:由于采用一烧嘴一反应室结构,结构简单化,使得设备的生产加工及运行成本大为减少;含氨酸性气与清洁酸性气混合成一路进入烧嘴,避免了二路酸性气带来的复杂控制,所以整体控制要求降低。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种烧氨装置,尤其涉及一种应用于硫磺回收系统的烧氨装置。
背景技术
目前,硫磺回收装置的烧氨技术在应用的主要有一烧嘴二反应室和二烧嘴一反应室,其原理都一样,酸性气通过与空气燃烧把酸性气中三分一H2S转化成SO2,酸性气中氨、烃、硫醇、氰等杂质完全燃烧生成CO2、H2O、N2等,使反应气体在反应炉内达到热力学平衡的最大硫转化率70%左右,同时酸性气中杂质完全燃烧不影响装置运行和保证产品质量。酸性气中的氨必须通过与空气燃烧使其彻底分解生成N2和H2O,燃烧后的气体中如果NH3含量在100~150PPM以下,它就不会对硫磺回收装置带来任何影响。酸性气中氨组份的完全燃烧主要依赖于燃烧器和反应室,而烧氨的性能主要取决于三个因素:燃烧温度足够高、一定的停留时间、旋涡态的混合效果,而氧含量决定了NO的生成量。
虽然上述两种方案很好地解决了硫磺回收装置酸性气中破氨问题,但实际应用过程中效果不是很理想。其中,一烧嘴二反应室主要有以下不足之处:首先,对清洁酸性气有特别的要求,要求酸性气不含烃、氨、氰、硫醇等,否则会造成积碳和生成胺盐;其次,二路酸性气进入各自的反应室,对二路酸性气的如何进行分配和空气流量的控制复杂;最后,反应温度要求要控制在1300℃。二烧嘴一反应室主要有以下不足之处:首先,对烧嘴的材质有很高的要求,由于酸性气燃烧温度高,烧嘴材质选择难;其次,需二个烧嘴投资高;再则,二路酸性气进入各自的烧嘴,对二路酸性气的如何进行分配和空气流量的控制复杂;最后,反应温度要求要控制在1300~1700℃。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种控制简单,成本低廉且效果良好的硫磺回收用烧氨装置。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该硫磺回收用烧氨装置,包括用于气体混合的反应室及用于燃烧的烧嘴机构,其特征在于所述烧嘴机构和反应室均为为单个,烧嘴机构通过导气管连接有用于加热酸性气体的第一预热器和用于加热空气的第二预热器,烧嘴机构与反应室的锥形进口相连接,该锥形进口由外向内口径缩小。
进一步,所述烧嘴机构内具有可使进入的空气产生螺旋运动的导风器。
作为优选,所述烧嘴机构具体可包括具有酸性气体进口的气枪、点火枪和具有空气进口的壳体,该壳体将气枪与点火枪固定安装于反应室进口端部,而所述的导风器则位于壳体内气枪前端部周围。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:由于采用一烧嘴一反应室结构,结构简单化,使得设备的生产加工及运行成本大为减少;含氨酸性气与清洁酸性气混合成一路进入烧嘴,避免了二路酸性气带来的复杂控制,所以整体控制要求降低;实际应用过程中,反应温度控制在1250℃以上就可以了,针对酸性气中氨浓度达30%体积比的情况破氨效果良好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
实施例:参考图1,把含氨酸性气与清洁酸性气混合和,进入第一预热器器3,加热后通过导气管全部引入烧嘴机构2,另一端,空气经过第二预热器4,加热后通过导气管引入烧嘴机构2,酸性气与空气经过旋涡态充分混合,由于其在混合过程中的压降比普通的要高,混合效果得到了加强,使酸性气中NH3全部氧化生成N2和H2O,控制温度1250℃以上,酸性气配风使反应气处于贫氧状态,控制混合气体中H2S/SO2分子比为2。最后反应气从锅炉5进入下个工艺步骤。
参考图2,本实施例中,烧嘴2机构和反应室1均为为单个,烧嘴2机构与反应室1的锥形进口11相连接,锥形进口11由外向内口径缩小。锥形进口11可使在反应室5沿壁流动的燃烧气体重新得到分布,确保了燃烧气体的充分混合。
烧嘴9机构包括气枪6、点火枪7和壳体8,气枪6具有酸性气体进口61,壳体8具有空气进口81,壳体8将气枪6与点火枪7固定安装于反应室1进口端部,一导风器9位于壳体8内气枪6前端部周围,导风器9可使进入的空气产生螺旋运动。
Claims (3)
1、一种硫磺回收用烧氨装置,包括用于气体混合的反应室(1)及用于燃烧的烧嘴(2)机构,其特征在于所述烧嘴机构(2)和反应室(1)均为单个,烧嘴机构(2)通过导气管连接有用于加热酸性气体的第一预热器(3)和用于加热空气的第二预热器(4),烧嘴机构(2)与反应室(1)的锥形进口(11)相连接,该锥形进口(11)由外向内口径缩小。
2、根据权利要求1所述的硫磺回收用烧氨装置,其特征在于所述烧嘴机构(2)内具有可使进入的空气产生螺旋运动的导风器(9)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的硫磺回收用烧氨装置,其特征在于所述烧嘴机构(2)包括具有酸性气体进口(61)的气枪(6)、点火枪(7)和具有空气进口(81)的壳体(8),该壳体(8)将气枪(6)与点火枪(7)固定安装于反应室(1)进口端部,而所述的导风器(9)则位于壳体(8)内气枪(6)前端部周围。
