背景技术：
保温杯是常见的生活用品，由于保温杯具有防烫、保温、密封好、不漏水和时尚的特点，特别适合于旅行和办公室使用，越来越受到消费者的青睐。例如不锈钢真空杯、双层玻璃杯等。但是，由于真空杯的成本高、制造工艺要求高，而双层玻璃杯容量小、易碎等缺点，都留有美中不足的缺憾。而现有的瓷塑双层保温杯，由于陶瓷内胆是直筒形，与透明塑料壳之间的密封是通过挤紧一个密封圈，随着密封圈的老化，很难达到理想的密封效果。
发明内容：
本实用新型目的是提供一种结构简单、成本低、密封性好的瓷塑保温杯。
本实用新型提供的一种瓷塑保温杯，包括杯盖、陶瓷内胆、透明塑料壳、不锈钢底壳，其特征是：所述的陶瓷内胆的口沿之下有一圈突起的筋，透明塑料壳的上端设有不锈钢圈，在所述的突起的筋与不锈钢圈之间夹有密封圈。
陶瓷内胆的口沿与突起的筋之间的距离最好是大于1.5cm，在所述的陶瓷内胆口沿与一圈突起的筋之间设置有与杯盖配合的螺纹。
由于本实用新型塑料内层采用强度较高的陶瓷材料，空腔内是非真空的，且由于密封圈设于突起的筋与不锈钢圈之间，因此具有制造成本低、结构简单、密封性好的特点。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型由杯盖、陶瓷内胆1、透明塑料壳2、不锈钢底壳5、不锈钢圈3、密封圈4构成，在陶瓷内胆1的口沿1a之下设有一圈突起的筋1b，透明塑料壳2上端与突起的筋1b胶结，下端与不锈钢底壳5胶结，陶瓷内胆1的底部与不锈钢底壳5之间留有一定的空隙；不锈钢圈3扣住陶瓷内胆的突起的筋1b，且套在透明塑料壳2的上端并胶结，在所述的突起的筋与不锈钢圈之间夹有密封圈4。陶瓷内胆的口沿1a与突起的筋1b之间的距离最好是大于1.5cm，使喝水时嘴唇不至于接触到透明塑料壳，达到健康环保之目的；在所述的陶瓷内胆口沿与一圈突起的筋之间设有与杯盖配合的螺纹6。

1、一种瓷塑保温杯，包括杯盖、陶瓷内胆(1)、透明塑料壳(2)、不锈钢底壳(5)，其特征是：所述的陶瓷内胆(1)的口沿(1a)之下有一圈突起的筋(1b)，透明塑料壳(2)的上端设有不锈钢圈(3)，在所述的突起的筋与不锈钢圈之间夹有密封圈(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的瓷塑保温杯，其特征是：陶瓷内胆的口沿(1a)与突起的筋(1b)之间的距离大于1.5cm，在所述的陶瓷内胆口沿与一圈突起的筋之间设置有与杯盖配合的螺纹(6)。
