本实用新型公开一种电连接器组件,用于电性连接晶片模组至印刷电路板,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的若干导电端子及将晶片模组扣持于绝缘本体内的扣持装置,其中,所述扣持装置为两个相互独立的板簧,该板簧交叉设置,通过这种设置可以改变扣持装置的弹性系数。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器组件,尤指一种将晶片模组电性连接至印刷电路板的电连接器组件。
【背景技术】
现有用于电性连接晶片模组至印刷电路板的电连接器组件,其一般包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的若干导电端子及一将晶片模组固定于绝缘本体内的锁固装置,该锁固装置包括枢接于绝缘本体外围的加强片、枢接于加强片一端用于抵压晶片模组的压板以及枢接于加强片相对另一端用于锁住压板的拨杆。这种锁固装置由于拨杆比较长,占用空间较大,适合用于台式电脑,而对于笔记本型电脑则不适用。
目前笔记本型电脑通常用扣片来将晶片模组固定于绝缘本体内,如图1所示,其为一种扣压晶片模组(未图示)的扣片2,该扣片2大致呈矩形,其按压于晶片模组的部分为矩形侧边的两个板簧21,扣片2与绝缘本体(未图示)、晶片模组、散热装置(未图示)等组装之后,散热装置等会对扣片2施加一定负载力,使扣片2发生弹性变形,压紧晶片模组。由于这种扣片2的弹性系数较大,所以其受力后变形会较大,这样就会要求施加在扣片2上的力不能太大,即扣片2所能承载的力有限,故此种扣片2对承载于其上的负载力大小有所限制。
鉴于此,实有必要提供一种改进的电连接器组件,以克服上述电连接器组件的缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所解决的技术问题是提供一种含有扣持装置的电连接器组件,该扣持装置可以降低电连接器组件对施加在其上的负载力的要求。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种电连接器组件,用于电性连接晶片模组至印刷电路板,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的若干导电端子及将晶片模组扣持于绝缘本体内的扣持装置,其中,所述扣持装置为两个相互独立的板簧,该板簧交叉设置。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:所述扣持装置为两个单独的板簧交叉叠加在一起,可以由不同的材料组成,通过交叉叠加及改变材料可以改变板簧的弹簧系数,板簧交叉叠加能同时增加弹簧的长度,也可改变扣持装置的弹性系数,通过改变弹簧系数可以降低对电连接器组件负载力的要求。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图2至图3所示,本实用新型为一种电连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体5、收容于绝缘本体5内的若干导电端子(未图示)及将晶片模组7扣持于绝缘本体5内的扣持装置6,该电连接器组件可用以实现晶片模7组与电路板(未图示)之间的电性连接,所述晶片模组7一般包括基板71及基板71中央的晶元模块72。
绝缘本体5呈矩形状结构,绝缘本体5向内凹设有凹型腔501,该凹型腔501内设有矩阵排列的导电端子,该导电端子上端为Land Grid Arrary(平面栅格阵列)型,与放置于凹型腔501内的晶片模组成按压接触式电性连接,该导电端子下端焊接于电路板上,以此实现晶片模组7与电路板的电性连接。
扣持装置6为两个独立设置的板簧,每一板簧成条形状,包括固定部61、抵压部63及连接固定部61与抵压部63的连接部62。固定部61位于板簧两端,其向下弯折后再向内弯折,形成过渡部610及抵接于电路板的支撑部611,于板簧的两端处还设有装配孔612,且该装配孔612贯穿于支撑部611上,将两板簧交叉呈X形后可以用螺钉(未图示)等连接件(未图示)穿过配合孔612固定于电路板上。板簧的中央部位设有水平的抵压部63,用于抵压在晶片模组7上,抵压部63与固定部61之间通过连接部62连接,抵压部63的水平面底于固定部61上端的端面,抵压部63上还设有开孔631。
扣持装置6设于绝缘本体5的外围,与电路板固定,当组装后,板簧的抵压部63抵压在晶片模组7的晶元模块72上,抵压部63上设置的开孔631可以让晶元模块72与散热装置(未图示)相通,达到散热效果。
本实用新型通过两个板簧组成扣持装置6固定于电路板上,给晶片模组7一定的压力,使晶片模组7与导电端子之间保持良好的电性接触,这两个板簧交叉叠加设置,又可以由不同的材料组成,所以可以改变板簧的弹性系数;其次将两个板簧交叉设置可以延长板簧的长度,也可以改变弹簧的弹性系数。
本实用新型扣持装置6的两个板簧在使用相同材料的情况下,通过交叉设置可以减小弹性系数,当本扣持装置6与现有技术取相同的弹性变形值时,本实用新型由于板簧的弹性系数较小,所以可以施加在其上的负载力的可以较大,从而可降低散热装置等对扣持装置施加的负载力。
以上仅为本实用新型的优选实施方案,其它在本实施方案基础上所做的任何改进变换也应当不脱离本实用新型的技术方案。

Claims (6)

1.一种电连接器组件,用于电性连接晶片模组至印刷电路板,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的若干导电端子及将晶片模组扣持于绝缘本体内的扣持装置,其特征在于:所述扣持装置为两个相互独立的板簧,该板簧交叉设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述板簧交叉设置成X形。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述板簧包括固定部、抵压部及连接固定部与抵压部的连接部。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述板簧于抵压部处交叉叠加在一起,所述抵压部处设置有开孔。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述板簧的固定部设于连接部的端部处,于每一端部处设有装配孔。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述板簧固定于绝缘本体的之外。
