背景技术
颈椎病是临床上最为常见的疾病之一，随着老龄社会的到来，颈椎病的发病率越来越高，严重威胁了广大人民群众的身体健康，因此对颈椎病的防治是我们面临的重大课题。颈椎病防治中十分重要的一点就是尽量维护颈椎的生理曲线，让颈椎处于放松状态。每个人一生中超过1/3的时间是在睡眠中度过的，而枕头又是绝大多数人睡眠不可缺少的东西，如果能够通过枕头在睡眠中来防治颈椎病，那将能够为广大人民群众节约大量的时间并起到良好的效果。在现实生活中，很多患者采用了不适合自身的枕头，在睡眠时颈椎长期处于一个不良的姿势，从而导致颈椎劳损，久而久之就产生了颈椎病。
一个枕头要达到防治颈椎病的目的需要满足如下要求：1、枕头高度要合适，避免颈椎在睡眠时处于不良姿势。健康人在8小时睡眠中姿势变换约20-45次，而且有一半的姿势在不到5分钟就变换一次，其中60％是仰卧，35％是侧卧，5％是俯卧。绝大部分人是采用仰卧和侧卧位进行睡眠的，因此枕头必须能够同时满足侧卧和仰卧的需要，而侧卧和仰卧位枕头的高度要求是不一样的。2、在达到治疗目的同时要有较好的舒适性，以达到良好睡眠。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种构思新颖、结构简单、使用舒适的凹形颈椎保健枕。
本实用新型提出的凹形颈椎保健枕，由中间枕1、侧枕2组成，其中，侧枕2为两个，分别位于中间枕1的左右两侧，侧枕2的高度略高于中间枕1。
本实用新型中，中间枕1高度为1-3cm，侧枕2高度为8-15cm。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型的中间枕和侧枕采用不同的高度，以分别适应于侧卧位和仰卧位睡眠的需要，使颈椎在侧睡和仰睡时都能够保持生理姿势，维持颈椎的生理形态，达到改善睡眠及治疗颈痛和颈椎疾病作用。

下面通过实施例结合附图进一步说明本实用新型。
实施例1：将下列各部件按图1所示方式连接，该领域技术人员均能顺利实施。中间枕1高度为1-3cm，侧枕2高度为8-15cm。保健枕可以采用木头、硬泡沫或硬塑料等硬材质制成，为了增加睡眠的舒适性，可以在硬材质内填充软棉花、纤维棉枕、记忆海绵、蚕丝、羽绒枕、荞麦壳、天然香蒲绒或木棉花等材料，根据填充的松紧度可以调节枕头的硬度，这样的枕头舒适性较好。

1、一种凹形颈椎保健枕，由中间枕(1)、侧枕(2)组成，其特征在于侧枕(2)为两个，分别位于中间枕(1)的左右两侧，侧枕(2)的高度略高于中间枕(1)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的凹形颈椎保健枕，其特征在于中间枕(1)高度为1-3cm，侧枕(2)高度为8-15cm。
