本实用新型涉及照明技术领域，更确切地说，涉及一种LED灯光源模组。
【背景技术】
传统照明装置的光源模组多采用普通光源如白炽灯或者荧光灯作为发光光源，白炽灯或者荧光灯等普通光源的耗电量比较大不利于节约电能，使用成本高。目前LED的光效已经达到甚至超过普通白炽灯的光效水平，光通量也在大幅度增加，使LED在照明领域得到了广泛的应用。LED与一般光伏电源配用的节能照明灯具相比具有寿命长、发热低、不易损坏、功耗小及更加节能的突出优点，将LED应用到传统照明装置上既能带来一定的经济效益，又能带来一定的社会效益。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的缺点，提供一种节能的LED灯光源模组。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种LED灯光源模组，包括底座、电路板及若干LED，所述LED固定在所述电路板上，所述底座由导热材料制成，包括一主体部、由主体部一侧向下延伸形成的若干散热片及主体部另一侧向上延伸形成的若干侧壁，所述电路板也有导热材料制成，且以热传导方式固定于所述主体部上。
所述侧壁中部设置有固定孔。
所述底座呈类圆状。
所述LED上方还设置有一透镜装置，该透镜装置包括一透镜支架和一固定其上的透镜。
所述LED灯光源模组应用于筒灯。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型所揭示LED灯光源模组采用由导热材料制成的底座和电路板，且二者以热传导方式连接固定，并且以LED作为发光光源，在大量节约能源的同时，具有良好的散热效果，增强了该LED灯光源模组的发光效率。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图3所示，本实用新型所揭示的LED灯光源模组1包括一底座10、电路板11、LED(未示出)及其透镜装置12。所述光源模组1呈类状。所述LED均匀分布在所述电路板11上，LED的数量根据实际照明需要确定。所述透镜装置设置于所述LED的上方，包括一透镜支架和一固定其上的透镜(均未标号)；所述底座10包括主体部100，主体部100的上侧向上凸起形成的若干侧壁101以及主体部100的下侧向下凸起形成的若干散热片102，所述主体部100和侧壁101形成一电路板收容空间(未标号)。所述侧壁101上设置有四个固定孔1010。所述底座10及电路板11均有导热性能良好的导热材料制成，且二者以热传导的方式固定，在本实施例中，所述电路板11通过螺钉固定并收容于所述电路板收容空间内。
本实施例所揭示的LED灯光源模组1尤其适用于LED筒灯。

Claims (5)

1.一种LED灯光源模组，包括底座、电路板及若干LED，所述LED固定在所述电路板上，其特征在于：所述底座由导热材料制成，包括一主体部、由主体部一侧向下延伸形成的若干散热片及主体部另一侧向上延伸形成的若干侧壁，所述电路板也有导热材料制成，且以热传导方式固定于所述主体部上。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED灯光源模组，其特征在于：所述侧壁中部设置有固定孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED灯光源模组，其特征在于：所述底座呈类圆状。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED灯光源模组，其特征在于：所述LED上方还设置有一透镜装置，该透镜装置包括一透镜支架和一固定其上的透镜。
5.如权利要求1所述的LED灯光源模组，其特征在于：所述LED灯光源模组应用于筒灯。
