本实用新型公开了一种压线固定装置，其一侧有两个螺钉孔，另一侧设有压线台阶，所述压线台阶上设有一卡口，所述卡口内设有一条凹槽，即构成了所述的压线固定装置，使用中，先在螺钉孔的位置用M4*16沉头自攻螺钉固定在型材上，把压线从压线台阶推入压线固定装置。由于在压线固定装置的卡扣内开有一条凹槽，且本实用新型整体采用弹性材料制成，因此推动凹槽张开，使压线上的卡筋能进入压线固定装置卡在卡口上。卡口阻止保证压线安装到位并防止压线脱落。未装玻璃时，需取下压线，只需将压线上口向下压，并向外退出压线即可，如玻璃装好则无法退出压线。此装置安装方便，安全可靠。

背景技术
现在门窗型材固定压线的方式基本都是采用卡槽式安装方法，由于型材上有卡压线的卡槽，使外框在做开启时卡槽中容易积水，要冲出水槽排水。以上方式一是外观上卡槽，冲出水槽会导至型材表面的破坏，影响外观，增加加工难度。在压线45°拼接时最后安装的压线需较难安装，需采用专用连接件安装，安装方式复杂
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为了克服现有门窗型材固定压线的方式不合理而提供一种新型的门窗型材固定压线的方式，使门窗型材固定压线的方式更科学、更方便，且本实用新型一种压线固定装置不需要压线卡槽，外框表面采用平面，无积水，排水方便、美观。该新型压线固定方式支持压线45°、90°的各种连接方式，实用、方便。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种压线固定装置，所述压线固定装置一侧有两个螺钉孔，另一侧底部设有压线台阶，所述压线台阶上设有一卡口，所述卡口内设有凹槽。
进一步的，所述凹槽底部为弧形。
进一步的，所述卡口的侧壁为竖直平面。
优选的，所述压线固定装置采用弹性尼龙材料制成。

如图1至5所示，本实用新型一侧有两个螺钉孔4，另一侧设有压线台阶3，所述压线台阶3上设有一卡口1，所述卡口1内设有一条凹槽2，即构成了所述的压线固定装置，使用中，先在螺钉孔4的位置用M4*16沉头自攻螺钉固定在型材上，把压线从压线台阶3推入压线固定装置。由于在压线固定装置的卡口1内开有一条凹槽2，且本实用新型整体采用弹性材料制成，因此推动凹槽2张开，使压线上的卡筋能进入压线固定装置卡在卡口1上。卡口1阻止保证压线安装到位并防止压线脱落。未装玻璃时，需取下压线，只需将压线上口向下压，并向外退出压线即可，如玻璃装好则无法退出压线。此装置安装方便，安全可靠。
