本实用新型涉及一种汽车消费用品，尤其是涉及一种竹炭汽车座垫。
背景技术
随着我国经济的发展，人民生活水平的提高，拥有汽车的个人越来越多，人们从事驾驶活动的时间相应的增加，驾驶过程中带来的身体疲劳和精神疲劳明显增多，人们采取在座椅上加上座垫的方法，可缓解这种疲劳，增加舒适度。现有的座垫大部分旨在满足驾驶过程的舒适度，但并不能真正消除疲劳，尤其对于长途驾驶，会有司乘人员在车内坐、卧、休息而使汽车内部产生异味，长此以往，容易滋生细菌，对人体健康产生不利影响。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是提供一种透气性强、能抑菌除臭的汽车座垫。
本实用新型的上述目的主要是通过下述技术方案得以实现的：一种竹炭汽车座垫，包括靠垫1和坐垫2，所述靠垫1和坐垫2之间都设有表层3、防滑层6，表层3与防滑层6之间设有柔性层4、竹炭层5，柔性层4设于表层3与竹炭层5之间；坐垫2的竹炭层5内设有若干衍缝格，格中填有若干竹炭包，所述竹炭包为竹炭织物包裹竹炭微粒与竹炭纤维混合物制成的任意形状竹炭包；靠垫1的竹炭层5内设有若干衍缝格，格中放置填有竹炭纤维的无纺布包。
作为优选，本实用新型中柔性层4的厚度为10～15mm，所述竹炭层5厚度为10～30mm；靠垫1的竹炭层5厚度比所述坐垫2的竹炭层5厚度薄10mm。
上述技术方案中，柔性性采用柔性材料制成，可增加座垫舒适度，竹炭微粒和竹炭纤维可以消除车内异味，可有效抑止霉菌、微生物的繁衍，其透气性佳，吸汗性好，散热均匀，可保持臀、背部舒爽通透，起到调节湿度的功效；坐垫中竹炭包，能促进大腿及臀部血液循环；靠垫中竹炭纤维的弹性，能提升人体倚靠的舒适度；由于竹炭可产生绝佳远红外线效果，对人体健康及细胞活化非常有益，降低职业病发生机率；且无需清洗，只需使用三个月后晾晒一次，即可保持竹炭功效不变。
因此，本实用新型具有结构合理，透气性佳，抑菌除臭，触感舒适，易清洁等特点，长期使用，可使司机一般性疾病的发生机率有效降低。

实施例：一种竹炭汽车座垫，包括靠垫1和坐垫2，所述靠垫1和坐垫2之间都设有表层3、防滑层6，表层3与防滑层6之间设有柔性层4、竹炭层5，柔性层4设于表层3与竹炭层5之间；坐垫2的竹炭层5内设有若干衍缝格，格中填有若干竹炭包，所述竹炭包为竹炭织物包裹竹炭微粒与竹炭纤维混合物制成的任意形状竹炭包；靠垫1的竹炭层5内设有若干衍缝格，格中放置填有竹炭纤维的无纺布包。靠垫中竹炭层5的厚度是15mm，坐垫中竹炭层5的厚度是25mm，柔性层4厚度10mm。

1.一种竹炭汽车座垫，其特征是所述座垫包括靠垫和坐垫，靠垫和坐垫均包括表层、防滑层，且在表层与防滑层之间设有柔性层、竹炭层，柔性层置于表层与竹炭层之间；坐垫的竹炭层内设有若干衍缝格，格中填有若干竹炭包，所述竹炭包为竹炭织物包裹竹炭微粒与竹炭纤维混合物制成的任意形状竹炭包；靠垫的竹炭层内设有若干衍缝格，格中放置填有竹炭纤维的无纺布包。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹炭汽车座垫，其特征在于所述座垫柔性层的厚度为10～20mm，所述竹炭层厚度为20～30mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种竹炭汽车座垫，其特征在于所述靠垫的竹炭层厚度比所述坐垫的竹炭层厚度薄10mm。
