Abstract

一种无缝隙试卷封装夹,由夹体和开口搬手组成,夹体和开口搬手都是弹簧钢材质,拉套与密封板连为一体,夹板上设有拉套口,拉套穿过拉套口伸出夹板外。开口搬手共两个,上下对称放置,每个开口搬手两侧设有拉套销,拉套销插入到拉套内。使用时,上下压合两开口搬手,拉套销带动拉套拉开密封板,带动夹板张开;放入卷纸,松开开口搬手,密封板在弹力的作用下贴压在卷纸上,之后,沿水平方向手捏开口搬手,使拉套销脱开拉套,就可以卸下开口搬手,达到无缝隙密封试卷的目的;本实用新型最大的特点是省力、省时,保密性强,反复使用,结构简单,制作成本低;有利于市场推广应用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种试卷封装夹,尤其是一种可反复使用的无缝隙试卷封装夹。
背景技术
考试结束后,需要对试卷封装,既把考生的姓名、考号等信息用封条密封起来,之后才能批卷,待总分数确定后,打开封条,给学生填成绩单,进行成绩分析等,再装订存档。目前,各学校的试卷封装仍旧沿袭着打孔穿线的传统封装方式,甚至有的还用手工锥孔穿线的方法。这种方法不仅费力麻烦而且费时效率低,装拆都不方便,并且密封性不好,保密性很差。
发明内容
为了克服现有的试卷封装方式不足,本实用新型提供一种无缝隙试卷封装夹,该试卷封装夹采用常见的夹式结构,可反复使用,密封性强,试卷封装和开启的操作快捷方便,无专用工具的人无法封装和开启试卷,保密性好。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:由夹体和开口搬手两部分组成,夹体封装卷纸。夹体和开口搬手都是弹簧钢材质,夹体的基体是薄板,通过钣金加工而成;夹体是上下对称结构,其上设有夹板、密封板、拉套口、支点和拉套;拉套与密封板连为一体,夹板上设有拉套口,拉套穿过拉套口伸出夹板外。开口搬手共两个,形状相同,上下对称放置,每个开口搬手两侧设有拉套销,拉套销插入到拉套内。使用时,上下压合两开口搬手,在两支点的作用下,拉套销带动拉套拉开密封板,待密封板碰到夹板后,带动夹板张开。放入卷纸,松开开口搬手,密封板在弹力的作用下贴压在卷纸上,之后,沿水平方向手捏开口搬手,使拉套销脱开拉套,就可以卸下开口搬手,达到无缝隙密封试卷的目的。
本实用新型最大的特点是省力、省时,保密性强,反复使用,结构简单,制做成本低;有利于市场推广应用。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2、图3中:包括夹体和开口搬手(7),夹体和开口搬手(7)都是弹簧钢材质,夹体的基体是薄板,夹体是上下对称结构,其上设有夹板(1)、密封板(5)、拉套口(4)、支点(6)和拉套(2);拉套(2)与密封板(5)连为一体,夹板(1)上设有拉套口(4),拉套(2)穿过拉套口(4)伸出夹板(1)外。开口搬手(7)共两个,形状相同,上下对称放置,每个开口搬手(7)两侧设有拉套销(3),拉套销(3)插入到拉套(2)内。
图4是张开夹体的实施例,上下压合两开口搬手(7),在两支点(6)的作用下,拉套销(3)带动拉套(2)拉开密封板(5),待密封板(5)碰到夹板(1)后,带动夹板(1)张开。
图5、图6是试卷封装实施例,夹板(1)张开后,放入卷纸(8),松开开口搬手(7),密封板(5)在弹力的作用下贴压在卷纸(8)上,之后,沿水平方向手捏开口搬手(7),使拉套销(3)脱开拉套(2),就可以卸下开口搬手(7),达到无缝隙密封试卷的目的。

1.一种无缝隙试卷封装夹,其特征是:由夹体和开口搬手两部分组成,夹体封装卷纸,夹体和开口搬手采用弹簧钢材质,夹体的基体是薄板,夹体是上下对称结构,其上设有夹板、密封板、拉套口、支点和拉套;拉套与密封板连为一体,夹板上设有拉套口,拉套穿过拉套口伸出夹板外;开口搬手共两个,形状相同,上下对称放置,每个开口搬手两侧设有拉套销,拉套销插入到拉套内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无缝隙试卷封装夹,其特征是:所述开口搬手上的拉套销在沿水平方向手捏开口搬手时,能脱开拉套,开口搬手能脱开夹体。
