对肝内胆管结石的治疗最有效的方法是肝脏手术切开取石，目前胆管结石取石钳品种很多，但是取石的过程中都必须用钳体夹住结石，在夹取的过程中必然要将胆管撑开，对于较大的结石在撑开胆管的过程中很容易损伤胆管，给患者增加了痛苦。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种取胆管内结石时，不用撑开胆管，能够减少损伤肝脏胆管的肝内胆管取石器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括细塑料管，其特征是在细塑料管口上设有一层橡胶套，细塑料管内设有活塞。
