车用保温杯是一种适用于车辆上使用的杯子，它由一个瓷质的杯体和一个不锈钢的内胆组成，内胆和杯体在底部通过一个底座固连在一起，通常采用的固连方式为在不锈钢内胆的底部焊接一个凸台，然后将内胆装入杯体后，利用螺丝将底座和凸台紧固连接，从而使内胆与杯体连接在一起。这样连接方式存在一定的问题，即组装繁琐，生产效率不高。

为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种旋扣连接式车用保温杯，它包括杯体，杯体内套装有不锈钢内胆，在杯体底部设有底座，所述不锈钢内胆底部和底座底部固连旋转扣接装置，不锈钢内胆、杯体以及底座扣接为一体。
所述旋转扣接装置包括一个固连载不锈钢内胆底部的固定柱，其上有位置对称的一对斜槽；在底座上也有一个可套接在固定住内的旋杆柱，其上部有一个贯穿的旋杆，旋杆与斜槽配合。
所述不锈钢内胆的上沿有与杯体上口卡接的卡槽，在卡槽内设有密封圈。
所述底座上有两个对称的定位孔，在其旋杆柱处设有一个通孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是：省去现有保温杯的连接螺丝，使得生产过程更加迅速，产品组装更加方便。

图1、图2中，杯体1内套装有不锈钢内胆2，在杯体1底部设有底座3，不锈钢内胆2底部和底座3底部固连旋转扣接装置，不锈钢内胆2、杯体1以及底座3扣接为一体。
旋转扣接装置包括一个固连在不锈钢内胆2底部的固定柱4，其上有位置对称的一对斜槽11；在底座3上也有一个可套接在固定柱4内的旋杆柱5，其上部有一个贯穿的旋杆6，旋杆6与斜槽11配合。不锈钢内胆2的上沿有与杯体1上口卡接的卡槽8，在卡槽8内设有密封圈9。底座3上有两个对称的定位孔10，在其旋杆柱5处设有一个通孔7。
