本实用新型涉及一种电缆,特别是一种采用乙丙橡胶的绝缘直流电缆。
背景技术
目前电缆中所用的交联聚乙烯在直流电场下存在着空间电荷效应问题,绝缘性能受到一定的限制。乙丙橡胶(EPR)柔顺性好,富有弹性,并具有良好的电性能,是一种良好的绝缘材料。和交联聚乙烯相比,乙丙橡胶在,始终保持良好的绝缘性能,乙丙橡胶本身又具有柔软的特性,因此,乙丙橡胶在直流电力电缆领域有着不可替代的地位。硅烷交联乙丙橡胶是以硅烷做交联剂进行交联的新型材料,硅烷交联乙丙橡胶的加工工艺简单,容易控制,自动化程度高,生产周期短,制品质量容易保证。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种采用乙丙橡胶,充分利用乙丙橡胶在直流电场下不存在空间电荷效应的特点的高绝缘性交联乙丙橡胶绝缘直流电缆。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种高绝缘性交联乙丙橡胶绝缘直流电缆,包括外护套7,导体1置于外护套7内,导体1外包覆有硅烷交联乙丙橡胶绝缘层2。两根以上的导体1外由包带4包覆。导体1外设有包带4,硅烷交联乙丙橡胶绝缘层2与包带4之间设有填充层3。包带4外设有内衬层5,内衬层5与外护套7之间设有铠装层6。
本实用新型所提供的高绝缘性交联乙丙橡胶绝缘直流电缆,采用硅烷交联乙丙橡胶作绝缘层,利用硅烷交联乙丙橡胶在直流电场下不存在空间电荷效应问题,始终保持良好的绝缘性能的特点,得到绝缘性能良好的直流电缆。

具体实施方式
本实用新型中所使用的硅烷交联乙丙橡胶是采用乙丙橡胶和液体硅烷及助剂通过挤出剂混合后,经熔混接枝成型、交联得到的绝缘制品。以重量百分比计,乙丙橡胶为97-99%,液体硅烷及助剂为1-3%。
本实用新型采用以下结构:如图1,一种高绝缘性交联绝缘直流电缆,包括外护套7,导体1置于外护套7内,导体1外。
如图2,采用的是单根导体1,导体1外为硅烷交联乙丙橡胶绝缘层2,硅烷交联乙丙橡胶绝缘层2外内衬层5,内衬层5外为电缆铠装6,最外层为外护套7。
如图3,采用的是多根导体1,包体1外包覆有硅烷交联乙丙橡胶绝缘层2,硅烷交联乙丙橡胶绝缘层2与包带4之间由填充层3填充,包带4外为外护套7。
如图4,采用的是多根导体1,包体1外包覆有硅烷交联乙丙橡胶绝缘层2,硅烷交联乙丙橡胶绝缘层2与包带4之间由填充层3填充,包带4外为内衬层5,内衬层5外为电缆铠装6,电缆铠装6外为护套7。

1、一种高绝缘性交联乙丙橡胶绝缘直流电缆,包括外护套(7),其特征在于:导体(1)置于外护套(7)内,导体(1)外包覆有硅烷交联乙丙橡胶绝缘层(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高绝缘性交联乙丙橡胶绝缘直流电缆,其特征在于:两根以上的导体(1)外由包带(4)包覆。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的高绝缘性交联乙丙橡胶绝缘直流电缆,其特征在于:导体(1)外设有包带(4),硅烷交联乙丙橡胶绝缘层(2)与包带(4)之间设有填充层(3)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的高绝缘性交联乙丙橡胶绝缘直流电缆,其特征在于:包带(4)外设有内衬层(5),内衬层(5)与外护套(7)之间设有铠装层(6)。
