Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种可任意安排造型之线条灯,基本于电线上预定之位置串连有多数个LED灯,电线一端为电源连接组件,可由电池或接变压器供电,于每一个LED灯位置处设有用于包裹LED灯及连结裸线之区域的护体,所述的护体设有可将LED灯亮光向外射出的透光部。藉电线之软质特性,除可依预定创作之文字、图案,自由安排出之所需之亮光造型外,且由护体可保护该位置,于弯折电线时,不致遭受破坏,令操作时更为安全与顺利。本实用新型结构简单、操作方便,应用广泛,具有使用自由创作亮光效果,确实具有其实用价值与经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种灯,具体地说是一种线条灯,是一种操作结构简易方便、体积细小,可依预定之文字、图案安排出之所需亮光造型的可任意安排造型之线条灯。
背景技术
目前无论市面上用以装饰之排灯,或藉LED灯、小灯泡安排预定之图案或不特定挂条,其不仅结构复杂,且整组结构体积大又笨重,如一般喜庆、会场之图案或个人手持广告牌之亮光设计,有的以霓虹灯管弯折而成,有的以LED串灯,或以圣诞灯串联而成,此种作法,涉及复杂的电气结构,不是一般民众所能处理,必需由专业人员施作,举一例说明,目前最常见的有手持广告牌,如图1所示,该广告牌20上之图案,系由LED灯或小瓦数灯泡之发光体24所安排而成,其按装方式系于预定之图案上,设有孔洞21,请同时参照图2,于正面装上发光体24,而背面则以电线22与之诸发光体24串接,而由一组电池23供电,此种作法,非是一般人所能制作的,而且花费又大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于为克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种结构简单、体积细小、使用方便、不易断裂,又可提供人们自由创作空间的线条灯。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种可任意安排造型之线条灯,基本于电线上预定之位置串连有多数个LED灯,电线一端为电源连接组件,可由电池或接变压器供电,其特征在于:于每一个LED灯位置处设有用于包裹LED灯及连结裸线之区域的护体,所述的护体设有可将LED灯亮光向外射出的透光部。
本实用新型的进一步技术方案为:所述的护体可为热融胶套;所述的热融胶套于LED灯位置处设有孔洞,以此构成前述的透光部。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单、操作方便,应用广泛,具有使用自由创作亮光效果,确实具有其实用价值与经济效益;本实用新型所使用的电线使用较细的线径,使操作施力时更为简易。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。

具体实施方式
为了更充分理解本实用新型的技术内容,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型的技术方案进一步介绍和说明。
本实用新型可任意安排造型之线条灯之所以能提供世人自由创作灯光图案之效果,现先举图3的操作实施例,以一广告牌20的案图设计而言,使用者可先在广告牌20上印出或描绘或绘出所需之图案后,将线条灯10依图案边排出其外形,其固定方式可以图钉、胶带、黏胶即可,而电源连接组件16则穿出于广告牌20之后,其可由电池供电,或接变压器使用,藉此,使用者可依其设计的图案安排本实用新型之线条灯使用,如简易又安全,毋需专业人员即可施作;此例乃是依文字外形而安排,亦可以充满文字之安排为之。
再举一例,因为本实用新型用电省,可以电池供电,故其可缝定于外套上,以防山难或其它意外之使用(如图5示),亦可于登山时随身携带,一但发生意外,随时可作为求救讯号,当然其亮光方式可依设为定时闪亮模式。
事实上,以上例子是要说明本实用新型可任意安排造型之线条灯可行的各种变换方式,主要是因为质轻、体积小、省电,可依个人创作而安排,如喜庆、会场或舞会,皆可方便使用。
本实用新型可任意安排造型之线条灯有两特点,除可随使用者自由创作亮光图案外,另一点就是考虑到使用者在任意弯折线条灯创作时,无疑会有被弯折破坏LED灯结构设计。如图5及图7所示,本实用新型可任意安排造型之线条灯系于电线11一端为止端,一端设有电源连接组件16,于电线11上一定距离焊接有数多个LED灯13;而为使LED灯13不受使用者弯折造型时,弯折到LED灯13与裸线12之焊接位置而造成不可预期的破坏,另于该位置设以护体,该护体可供LED灯13之亮光展出,如图6、图7所示的护体实施例为使用热融缩套14A,此热融缩套14A设有一孔位15,当套入LED灯13位置时,孔位15正可供LED灯13之亮光展示,定位后,以吹风机或类似加热器施温于热融缩套14A,就会令热融缩套14A收缩而紧紧包裹LED灯13位置,除可增加该区之强度外,亦具有防水之效果。也就是当LED灯13正巧为弯折处时,就会受到护体的保护,而于护体端边进行弯折。
于图3、图4所示,为其实施之状况,有护体热融缩套14A保护LED灯13,就可避免受到弯折。
除以热融缩套14A为护体之作法外,亦可以透明胶14B为护体之实作方式,如图8所示,将LED灯13加上透明胶14B,不仅可展示LED灯光外,也可以达到增强LED灯区域之硬度者。
本实用新型可任意安排造型之线条灯之简易电路图,如图9所示,系于电线上串联多数个LED,使其通电后明亮;若要使LED具有定时闪亮之效果,可增加一控制电路17,如第十图所示。
因本实用新型可任意安排造型之线条灯有护体紧紧包裹LED灯及其裸线接点,在具有防水之特征下,其是可缝制于衣物上一同清洗,此经试作,以2mm为最佳,可达到轻便又操作方便之效果者。当然可依需场地、范围、深景之设计,而选择不同线径及LED灯及变压器。
本实用新型可任意安排造型之线条灯结构简单、操作方便,应用广泛,可提供使用自由创作亮光效果,确实为具有其实用价值与经济效益之创造。
以上所述从具体实施例的角度对本实用新型的技术内容进一步地披露,其目的在于让大家更容易了解本实用新型的技术内容,但不代表本实用新型的实施方式和权利保护局限于此,本实用新型的权利保护范围应于本实用新型的权利要求书为准。
Claims (3)
1.一种可任意安排造型之线条灯,基本于电线上预定之位置串连有多数个LED灯,电线一端为电源连接组件,可由电池或接变压器供电,其特征在于:于每一个LED灯位置处设有用于包裹LED灯及连结裸线之区域的护体,所述的护体设有可将LED灯亮光向外射出的透光部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可任意安排造型之线条灯,其特征在于:所述的护体可为热融胶套;所述的热融胶套于LED灯位置处设有孔洞,以此构成前述的透光部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可任意安排造型之线条灯,其特征在于:所述的护体亦可为透明胶,所述的透明胶同时构成前述的透光部。
