本实用新型涉及一种冬季气温低时利用少量沼气产生的热量增加沼气池内的发酵液温度使发酵液快速发酵产生沼气的装置。它由沼气炉、蒸气发生锅、蒸气发生锅的进水口、进水口的盖头、出气管、蛇形金属管道、水蒸气出口、沼气池组成,其特征是蒸气发生锅在沼气炉上,蒸气发生锅的进水口和进水口的盖头在蒸气发生锅顶上,出气管连接蒸气发生锅和蛇形金属管道,水蒸气出口在沼气池外,蛇形金属管道在沼气池的发酵液中。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种冬季气温低时利用少量沼气产生的热量增加沼气池内的发酵液温度使发酵液快速发酵产生沼气的装置。
背景技术
目前,沼气池夏季由于气温高所产的沼气燃烧不了,而冬季沼气池内由于气温低,发酵缓慢,产生的沼气量很少,不能满足农民生活的需要,现在的沼气池都处于半年产气,半年闲置的状态,冬季农村的猪粪将得不到充分的利用,浪费了自然能源。
发明内容
为了克服现有的冬季沼气池内由于气温低发酵缓慢产生的沼气量很少的不足,本实用新型提供一种冬季沼气增温助发酵装置,该装置利用少量沼气产生的热量增加沼气池内的发酵液温度使发酵液快速发酵产生沼气。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在沼气炉上设一蒸气发生锅,蒸气发生锅上设一进水口及密封盖头和出气管,出气管道连接在沼气池内设蛇形金属管道上,在蛇形金属管道的另一头连接管道到沼气池外,使用时,先从蒸气发生锅上的进水口加入适量的水,拧紧盖头,打开沼气炉,使蒸气发生锅中的水烧开,(如一点沼气都没有,就用其他的方法烧开蒸气发生锅,沼气有了压力再使用沼气炉),蒸气发生锅中的水烧开后水蒸气通过出气管流入沼气池内设蛇形金属管道中,水蒸气的热量会很快通过蛇形金属管道传导给沼气池中的发酵液,使发酵液温度上升,使发酵液发酵产生沼气。从而达到冬季也能产生沼气的目的。
所述的蛇形金属管道为盘龙式蛇形金属管道,外面涂有防腐层。
所述的出气管连接在蛇形金属管道的下口,水蒸气出口连接在蛇形金属管道的上口,并延伸到沼气池外。
本实用新型的有益效果是:该装置利用少量沼气产生的热量增加沼气池内的发酵液温度使发酵液快速发酵产生沼气。由于结构简单,使用方便,值得推广。

1一种冬季沼气增温助发酵装置,它由沼气炉(1)、蒸气发生锅(2)、蒸气发生锅的进水口(3)、进水口的盖头(4)、出气管(5)、蛇形金属管道(6)、水蒸气出口(7)、沼气池(8)组成,其特征是蒸气发生锅(2)在沼气炉(1)上,蒸气发生锅的进水口(3)和进水口的盖头(4)在蒸气发生锅(2)顶上,出气管(5)连接蒸气发生锅(2)和蛇形金属管道(6),水蒸气出口(7)在沼气池(8)外,蛇形金属管道(6)在沼气池(8)的发酵液中。
2根据权利要求1所述的一种冬季沼气增温助发酵装置,其特征是所述的蛇形金属管道(6)为盘龙式蛇形金属管道,外面涂有防腐层。
3根据权利要求1所述的一种冬季沼气增温助发酵装置,其特征是所述的出气管(5)连接在蛇形金属管道(6)的下口,水蒸气出口(7)连接在蛇形金属管道(6)的上口,并延伸到沼气池(8)外。
