二、背景技术：
目前，气管插管及气管切开病人，由于吸气时缺少鼻腔的加湿作用，气管插管及套管内壁的痰容易干燥结痂，常规的气管内滴药用普通注射针头，很难做到全方位的给药，气道湿化不到位，气管插管及套管内壁的痰痂越积越多，从而影响呼吸。
三、发明内容：
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷，提供一种能有效起稀释作用的伞雾状气管内滴药器。
其技术方案是：主要由针拴和针梗组成，针梗的上端通过针拴与延长管连接，在所述的针梗的针尖端设有多个小侧孔，分布在针尖端的外壁上。
详细的是多个小侧孔的孔径为0.1cm，所述的针梗的管径为0.1-0.2cm。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单，能将药液喷洒到气管插管及套管内壁的各个面，能有效的稀释痰液，防止痰痂的形成，减轻病人的痛苦。
