本实用新型涉及一种玻璃门框结构；尤其涉及用于饮水机等小家电产品的玻璃门框结构。
背景技术
中国专利CN2391532于2000年08月16日公开了一种储物型立式饮水机，包括上部的饮水机主体和下部的储物柜，所述储物柜的柜门设置有由透明材质(玻璃或钢化玻璃等)制成的窗口；同时，为了使柜门开启方便，在未装铰链的门框边沿上设置有内凹式拉手。
上述储物型立式饮水机的玻璃门框以及当前饮水机等小家电产品用玻璃门框结构均采用拼装式结构，采用拼装式结构的玻璃门框具有以下几个方面的缺陷：装配工艺复杂，成本高；表面存在拼合缝隙，影响小家电产品的外观整体性；容易散架。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提出一种玻璃门框结构，以克服现有技术的上述不足。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提出的玻璃门框结构，包括整体注塑门框、钢化玻璃板、压条和螺钉，钢化玻璃板置于整体注塑门框的塑料边框内，压条压紧钢化玻璃板，压条两端用螺钉将压条与整体注塑门框固定。
采用以上技术方案后，本实用新型相比常见的拼装式玻璃门框结构具有以下优点：玻璃门四边一次注塑成型，强度好，装配简单，成本低，利于外观造型。

如图1-2所示，本实用新型一较佳实施例提出的用于饮水机等小家电产品的玻璃门框结构，包括具有四边塑料边框5的整体注塑门框1、彩晶钢化玻璃板2、金属压条3和螺钉4，钢化玻璃板2置于整体注塑门框1的塑料边框5内，金属压条3压紧彩晶钢化玻璃板2，金属压条3两端用螺钉4(通过如图3所示的小孔6)将金属压条3与整体注塑门框1固定。

1、一种玻璃门框结构，包括整体注塑门框、钢化玻璃板、压条和螺钉，其特征在于，钢化玻璃板置于整体注塑门框的塑料边框内，压条压紧钢化玻璃板，压条两端用螺钉将压条与整体注塑门框固定。
