Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种与厢式运输车配合使用的车载式充气帐篷。它包括后侧设置厢门的车厢，其帐篷的底板由铰连接的两刚性板组成，其靠车厢的刚性板的外侧边与车厢的下部铰连接并构成车厢的侧厢面，与底板和车厢侧面开口相配置有由气肋构成的方形拱顶支撑架，在支撑架的里侧和外侧分别设置有里篷布和外篷布。本实用新型采用充气式帐篷结构，并与车厢配合使用，具有使用和携带方便，适用和安全性能好的特点，并且能有效提高帐篷与厢式运输车的使用性能。

本实用新型涉及帐篷，具体涉及一种与厢式运输车配合使用的车载式充气帐篷。
背景技术
厢式运输车在军事、民事和科研活动中广泛应用，其车厢可用于物资运输、仪器与设备的流动工作站等。厢式运输车在野外环境下使用时，为了增加工作面积或住宿，常常需要配置相应的帐篷。目前虽然有支架式或充气式等多种类型的帐篷可供选用，但由于相对运输车均为独立配置结构，与运输车的配合使用协调性能差，搭建、撤收和携带不方便，并且要求有合适、平整的地面用于帐篷的搭建和固定，适用性能差。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供一种与厢式运输车有机结合，搭建、撤收和携带方便，安全与适用性能好的车载式充气帐篷。
实现上述目的的技术方案是：一种车载式充气帐篷，包括有后侧设置厢门的车厢，其帐篷的底板由铰连接的两刚性板组成，靠车厢的刚性板的外侧边与车厢的下部铰连接并构成车厢的侧厢面，与底板和车厢侧面开口相配置有由气肋构成的方形拱顶支撑架，在支撑架的里侧和外侧分别设置有里篷布和外篷布。
本实用新型的技术方案还包括：构成支撑架的气肋由气肋内层与套置于其外面的防护外层组成。
本实用新型采用充气式支撑结构，在非使用时，卷收吊置于车厢内，占用空间少，携带方便。在使用时放下侧厢板组成帐篷底板，将内、外篷布与底板及相应的侧厢口连接好，利用车载气泵通过气嘴给由气肋构成的支撑架充气，即可将帐篷撑起，完成帐篷的搭建和固定；排放气体，释放搭边连接，卷曲折叠，即完成帐篷的撤收，其搭建和撤收操作简单快捷，并且具有对帐篷设置地面无特殊要求，固定和使用安全性能好的特点。本实用新型由于采用了与车厢相接的配置结构，将帐篷内空间与车厢内空间相连通，增强了帐篷与运输车配置的协调性，可有效提高厢式运输车与帐篷的使用性能。另外，本实用新型采用内、外双篷布和内、外两层组合气肋结构，其帐篷的保温性能好，结构强度高。

结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行说明。
如附图，本车载式充气帐篷包括有后侧设置厢门2的车厢1，该车厢与驾驶室和车底盘组成厢式运输车。其车厢1的侧面板通过下部设置的铰连轴和上部设置的固定锁件构成可打开式结构，可打开的侧面板的外侧铰连接另一相应的刚性板组成帐篷的底板3，与底板3和车厢侧面开口相配置有由气肋构成的方形拱顶支撑架4，其气肋由气肋内层与套置于其外面的防护外层组成，在支撑架4的里侧和外侧分别设置有里篷布5和外篷布6。
本实用新型具体实施时，其气肋内层与防护外层及内、外篷布与气肋的连接可采用拉链和粘扣进行连接的组合方式。其内、外篷布与底板及车厢侧面开口的吻合可采用粘扣与压板组合的连接方式。其帐篷底板相对地面可采用垫块支撑或者可调整高度的螺杆脚盘支撑结构。

1、一种车载式充气帐篷，包括有后侧设置厢门(2)的车厢(1)，其特征是：帐篷的底板(3)由铰连接的两刚性板组成，其靠车厢的刚性板的外侧边与车厢的下部铰连接并构成车厢的侧厢面，与底板和车厢侧面开口相配置有由气肋构成的方形拱顶支撑架(4)，在支撑架的里侧和外侧分别设置有里篷布(5)和外篷布(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的车载式充气帐篷，其特征是：构成支撑架(4)的气肋由气肋内层与套置于其外面的防护外层组成。
