Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种V形折板分体檐沟，它包括钢筋混凝土梁(1)，钢筋混凝土梁(1)上面连接预应力钢筋混凝土檐沟板(2)，在预应力钢筋混凝土檐沟板(2)的上面为檐沟卷材防水层(3)。本实用新型由于采用分体构件的结合方式，从而使构件加工变得更容易、工程施工更简单、安全、造价更便宜、排水更可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种屋面排水构造。
背景技术
目前，屋面排水一般都是采用V形折板(雁形板)作为屋面的构造形式，当降雨量达到一定数量级或高度达到一定要求，宜采用有组织排水。目前国家现行的V形折板规范及设计施工上，檐沟采用整体现浇式或预制吊装式。整体现浇式为在高空中支模现浇钢筋混凝土方式，在高空支模有一定的难度，并且整体施工费用较高，在实际施工中基本不采用该方式。整体预制吊装式为梁与檐沟同时预制好后，通过起吊设备吊到所需高度与厂房柱通过埋板固定于柱顶。由于该预制构件檐沟部分属于悬挑构件，给吊装及固定带来很大麻烦，具体施工操作过程中容易损坏构件，并且埋板间固定焊接不易操作，难以保证施工质量。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是，提供一种V形折板分体檐沟，它把预制梁和预应力檐沟板分开并分别吊装，使构件加工容易、工程施工简单、安全，造价便宜，排水可靠。
本实用新型是这样实现的：采用现场预制钢筋混凝土梁(1)和预应力钢筋混凝土檐沟板(2)，在钢筋混凝土梁(1)及预应力钢筋混凝土檐沟板(2)相应的位置预埋钢质埋件，通过起重设备起吊到梁顶，通过预制钢埋件相互间的焊接，从而形成檐沟。然后在檐沟中制做檐沟卷材防水层(3)，最后完成能够满足有组织排水的檐沟要求。
本实用新型由于采用分体构件的结合方式，从而使构件加工变得更容易、工程施工更简单、安全、造价更便宜、排水更可靠。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型的实施例：采用现场预制构件，通过吊装组合，并进行防水处理形成整体的防水檐沟。具体步骤为：先预制钢筋混凝土梁1和预应力钢筋混凝土檐沟板2，在其中预制钢埋件，吊装钢筋混凝土梁1及预应力钢筋混凝土檐沟板2，并固定在相应的位置，通过预制钢埋件相互间的焊接，从而形成檐沟，最后制作檐沟卷材防水层3。

1. 一种V形折板分体檐沟，它包括钢筋混凝土梁(1)，其特征在于：钢筋混凝土梁(1)上面连接预应力钢筋混凝土檐沟板(2)，在预应力钢筋混凝土檐沟板(2)的上面为檐沟卷材防水层(3)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的V形折板分体檐沟，其特征在于：钢筋混凝土梁(1)和预应力钢筋混凝土檐沟板(2)内的相应位置预制有钢埋件，钢埋件之间相互焊接。
