本实用新型的目的就是针对现有水果削皮刀上述之不足，而提供一种双面水果削皮刀。
本实用新型它由手柄1、底板2、盖板3、双刃刀片4组成，手柄1一端开有螺杆孔，盖板3上设有与盖板一体的螺杆3-1和插销3-2，底板2设有螺杆孔和插销孔，并在底板2两侧分别开有宽度为2.5-5mm的条形孔2-1，在双刃刀片4上也设有螺杆孔和插销孔，盖板3和双刃刀片4分别通过螺杆孔和插销孔穿在盖板3上的螺杆3-1和插销3-2上，螺杆3-1安装在手柄1的螺杆孔内。
本实用新型的优点是：削皮方便快捷，省时省力；削皮薄而均匀；生产成本较低；可用于削苹果、梨及黄瓜、南瓜、丝瓜、土豆、山药等多种果蔬皮。

具体实施方式
本实用新型手柄、底板、盖板、双刃刀片及连接结构与日常用的双面刮须刀一样，可直接用日常用的双面刮须刀改造而成。如不加改造直接用双面刮须刀削果瓜，则果皮堵塞在刀口上，无法削皮。改造时只需改造双面刮须刀的底板，其它部件不动。将双面刮须刀的底板两侧的条形孔由现2mm改为2.5-5mm，最佳3mm。
