本实用新型涉及一种螺纹滚压模具，特别是一种梯型螺纹滚压模具。
背景技术
现有的梯型螺纹滚压模具如图1图2所示，该模具由两个相同的滚压模体1组成。滚压模体1为圆柱形，滚压模体1的轴向开有轴孔2，滚压模体1的侧面为螺纹，螺纹的断面为梯形状牙齿4，牙齿4的牙尖面是平的。这种结构的滚压模具，在滚压过程中受力面很宽，其滚压的阻力较大，滚压的压力也大，使滚压的速度放慢；另外，利用现有模具滚压出的工件，其螺纹的牙齿底径面也是平的，使工件的齿与齿之间的抗扭曲力和抗拉力降低，使工件的使用寿命缩短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有螺纹滚压模具滚压速度慢、滚压模具容易损坏，其滚压出的工件抗扭曲力差的缺陷，发明一种模具牙齿的牙尖面为圆弧形的梯型螺纹滚压模具。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下的技术方案来完成的：所述梯型螺纹滚压模具，由两个相同的滚压模体组成，滚压模体为圆柱形，滚压模体的轴向开有轴孔，滚压模体的侧面为螺纹，其特征在于：螺纹的断面为弧形状牙齿。
所述弧形状牙齿，其弧形指的是等腰弧底梯形，该梯形的两腰为直线，上底为圆弧线。
所述两相邻弧形状牙齿的侧边的夹角在米制标准时为30度，即牙型角为30度；在美制<爱克姆>标准时为29度，即牙型角为29度。
本实用新型的积极效果如下：本实用新型是在不改变原有梯型螺纹的公差7E及牙型角30度或公差2G及牙型角29度的前提下，使模具牙齿的牙尖由平面改成圆弧面，这样在滚压工件螺纹时，滚压模具牙齿的受力面减小，滚压速度加快，从而提高了生产效率，增加产量约40％；节约电由约50％；利用本模具加工出的工件，其螺纹的牙齿的低径处也为圆弧型，使工件的齿与齿之间的的抗扭曲力和抗拉力增强，提高了工件的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图3图4图5所示，所述梯型螺纹滚压模具，由两个相同的滚压模体1组成，滚压模体1为圆柱形，滚压模体1的轴向开有轴孔2，滚压模体1的侧面为螺纹3，其特征在于：螺纹3的断面为弧形状牙齿5。
所述弧形状牙齿5，其弧形指的是等腰弧底梯形，该梯形的两腰为直线，上底为圆弧线(见图4)。
所述两相邻弧形状牙齿5的侧边的夹角，在米制标准时为30度，即牙型角为30度；在美制<爱克姆>标准时为29度，即牙型角为29度。
使用时，工件夹在两个模具之间，模具的转动，将挤压工件，使之成型。

1.一种梯型螺纹滚压模具，其特征在于：所述梯型螺纹滚压模具，由两个相同的滚压模体组成，滚压模体为圆柱形，滚压模体的轴向开有轴孔，滚压模体的侧面为螺纹，其特征在于：螺纹的断面为弧形状牙齿。
2.根据权利要求1所述的梯型螺纹滚压模具，其特征在于：所述弧形状牙齿，其弧形指的是等腰弧底梯形，该梯形的两腰为直线，上底为圆弧线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的梯型螺纹滚压模具，其特征在于：所述两相邻弧形状牙齿的侧边的夹角在米制标准时为30度，即牙型角为30度；在美制<爱克姆>标准时为29度，即牙型角为29度。
