圣诞灯组件
【技术领域】
本实用新型是有关一种圣诞灯组件,尤其是指一种以发光二极管(LED)为光源的圣诞灯组件。
【背景技术】
圣诞灯作为一种装饰灯,能够点缀节日喜庆气氛,因此得到大量地应用。现有的圣诞灯组件通常包括一白炽灯泡(俗称米泡)、一对电源线以及用来连接灯泡和电源的灯座。然而,由于白炽灯泡会消耗大量的电源,随着能源的短缺,白炽灯泡的使用量在逐步减少。LED作为一种新型的光源装置,其具有体积小、耗电量少及寿命长等诸多优点,逐渐得到人们的青睐。
中国实用新型专利公告CN2392977Y号揭示了一种LED组件,其包括LED灯泡、固定LED灯泡的灯蒂、收容灯蒂的灯座以及连接有电极片的线缆。上述LED灯泡具有一对自灯泡内向下延伸出的电极棒,将灯泡安装至灯蒂后,电极棒穿设出灯蒂后被向上翻折,形成导电接触部。上述灯座设有空腔,电极片卡置于空腔两侧的侧壁上,从而可将电线可靠地连接至灯座。将上述安装有灯泡的灯蒂插设于灯座内的空腔后,电极棒与电极片相接触,接通电源后,灯泡即可发光。
但是,这种结构的圣诞灯组件需要电极片与灯座的固定来固持线缆,装配动作有点复杂。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种圣诞灯组件,该圣诞灯组件结构简单,卡持线缆稳固方便。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种圣诞灯组件,其包括一种圣诞灯组件,其包括发光二极管灯泡、固持发光二极管灯泡的灯蒂、收容灯蒂的灯座及连接至灯座上并与发光二极管灯泡电性连接的线缆;所述灯座形成有一自外向内压持线缆的卡线件。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:圣诞灯组件结构简单,可靠固定线缆。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1及图2,本实用新型圣诞灯组件100包括发光二极管(LED)灯泡1、用来固持LED灯泡1的灯蒂2及灯座3、以及与灯泡1形成电性连接的线缆4。
LED灯泡1包括灯体部11、用来安装灯体部11的基板部12以及一对自灯体部11向后延伸出的电极棒13。上述基板部12部分侧缘121被制成圆弧形状。灯蒂2大致成圆筒状,其内径略大于灯体部11的外径,包括具有空腔23的主体部21以及形成于主体部21前端的盖部24。主体部21上设有一自主体部21底部向上端延伸的狭长开槽26。主体部21的外侧面上还形成多个凸肋22,所述盖部24中间设有一通孔241,该通孔的内径与灯体部11的外径大致相同,另外,盖部24的侧缘上形成有T形扣持部25。在主体部21的内部朝向空腔23的内壁上设置了若干凸出部27(如图7所示)。
灯座3包括侧壁31及后壁32,所述侧壁31及后壁32围成一收容空间30。后壁32纵向设置有一方形线缆收容通道321,一对相互间隔的第一凸柱35及第二凸柱350自后壁32内侧向前延伸形成,第二凸柱350与其邻近的侧壁31间隔一定的距离。当灯蒂2插入灯座3时,上述第一凸柱35可收容于灯蒂2的开槽26内,而上述第二凸柱350的外表面可抵止在灯蒂2的主体部21的内侧壁上。上述配合结构可确保灯蒂2正确地组装至灯座3。
请参照图3,灯座3还具有一限位元件33设置于上述第一凸柱35和第二凸柱350之间。上述限位元件33具有一对分开设置且纵向贯穿的截面为圆形的槽道351和一侧墙38,所述槽道351具有上窄下宽的特点,并与线缆收容通道321相连通。分别自槽道向侧墙38方向延伸且下凹形成有一对与侧墙38连通的第一收容槽352,自第一收容槽352的末端向下沿竖直方向还具有第二收容槽353,前述一对第一收容槽352与槽道351连通的地方分别向限位元件33的中心延伸出一空穴354。此外,一夹持部36形成于灯座3的侧壁31的前部,该夹持元件36具有大致成Ω形的凹槽361。
请参照图1、图4、图5、图6和图7,灯座3的侧壁31靠近后壁32的地方设置有一开口37,开口37内收容一卡线件371,本实施例中的卡线件371为一方形弹性块,其一端与灯座3侧壁31相连,另一端为自由端,并可在开口37内自外向内弹性活动。开口37在灯座3内部由线缆收容通道321与灯座3后壁32连通。位于后壁32上线缆收容通道321的顶壁372比所述弹性块371高出一小段距离,当弹性块371向下压入时,弹性块371的顶端3710收容并抵接在顶壁372上无法回弹,弹性块371的底部便紧紧卡在线缆4上以固持线缆。
请参照图1,线缆4包括芯线42及包覆芯线外面的绝缘外皮41,该芯线42可由多根柔软的细铜丝构成。所述芯线42包括裸露在绝缘外皮41外的延伸部420、弯折部421和夹持部422。延伸部420、弯折部421和夹持部422形成一勾形。
请参照图1、图2和图3、组装该圣诞灯组件100时,先将芯线42的延伸部420沿线缆收容通道321组装至槽道351内,弯折部421收容在第一收容槽352内,夹持部422收容在第二收容槽353内。然后将LED灯泡1安装至灯座3上面,使LED灯泡1的电极棒13插入限位元件33的空穴354内并与收容在第一收容槽352的芯线42的弯折部421相抵接而形成电性连接。最后,将灯蒂2组装至灯座3,灯体部11从盖体部24的通孔241穿过并凸露于外面,灯蒂2的主体部21插入灯座3,限制元件33的第一凸柱35收容在开槽26内。灯蒂2的主体部21的内侧若干凸出部27分别与限位元件33对应部分配合夹持位于限位元件33的芯线42,灯蒂2的主体部21的外侧面设置的凸肋22可以增强灯蒂2与灯座31之间的干涉力。最后,将灯蒂2的T形扣持部25卡扣至灯座3的夹持元件36的凹槽361内,使灯蒂2与灯座3可靠地结合在一起。

Claims (10)

1.一种圣诞灯组件,其包括发光二极管灯泡、固持发光二极管灯泡的灯蒂、收容灯蒂的灯座及连接至灯座上并与发光二极管灯泡电性连接的线缆,其特征在于:所述灯座形成有一自外向内压持线缆的卡线件。
2.如权利要求1所述的圣诞灯组件,其特征在于:所述灯座还包括线缆收容通道,所述灯座的侧壁上开设有一与线缆收容通道相连通的开口,所述卡线件为收容在开口内的一弹性块。
3.如权利要求2所述的圣诞灯组件,其特征在于:所述卡线件自灯座侧壁延伸,其具有一顶端和底部,所述顶端收容抵接在线缆收容通道的顶壁上无法回弹,卡线件底部卡住线缆。
4.如权利要求1所述的圣诞灯组件,其特征在于:所述线缆包括绝缘外皮和芯线,所述芯线的前端暴露在绝缘外皮外,其包括延伸部、弯折部和夹持部,延伸部、弯折部和夹持部形成一勾形形状。
5.如权利要求4所述的圣诞灯组件,其特征在于:所述灯座还包括一限位元件,该限位元件具有一对分开设置且纵向贯穿的截面为圆形的槽道和一侧墙,所述槽道与线缆收容通道相连通,所述槽道具有若干用以收容勾形芯线的收容槽。
6.如权利要求1所述的圣诞灯组件,其特征在于:所述发光二极管灯泡包括暴露于灯座和灯蒂外的灯体部、用来安装灯体部且为灯蒂和灯座所固定的基板部以及一对自灯体部向后延伸出与线缆芯线电性连接的电极棒。
7.如权利要求1所述的圣诞灯组件,其特征在于:所述灯蒂的内侧设有若干与限位元件对应部分配合以夹持芯线的凸出部。
8.如权利要求3所述的圣诞灯组件,其特征在于:所述卡线件一端与灯座侧壁相连,另一端为自由端,在卡持状态下其自由端底部卡入线缆的绝缘端外皮。
9.如权利要求6所述的圣诞灯组件,其特征在于:所述发光二极管灯泡的电极棒与所述线缆的芯线相接触而电性连接。
10.如权利要求9所述的圣诞灯组件,其特征在于:所述线缆芯线与所述电极棒相接触的部位为所述弯折部。
