Abstract

驱动力传递部件及处理盒,处理盒包括感光鼓和安装在感光鼓端部上的驱动力传递部件,驱动力传递部件包括安装部和从安装部一端伸出的多个非扭曲的凸起,多个凸起均匀分布在安装部端面上的一个圆周上,且该圆的圆心在安装部的轴线上,每个凸起在距离安装部轴线最远端具有一个形状为外凸曲面的啮合部,啮合部设有一个两端部敞开的凹槽。本实用新型通过多个点、面接触传动,受力集中,传动可靠,且打印机驱动部件不会打印过程中意外脱离处理盒的驱动力传递部件。

驱动力传递部件及处理盒
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种驱动力传递部件及处理盒,尤其涉及一种用于电子成像设备上接受并传递驱动力的驱动力传递部件以及使用该驱动力传递部件的处理盒。
背景技术
在诸如激光打印机、激光复印机,传真机等电子成像设备中,都可拆卸地安装有用于对静电潜像进行显影的处理盒,处理盒都至少包括显影辊、感光鼓、送粉辊、搅拌架、出粉刀、充电辊中的一个或几个部件。电子成像设备在工作时,通过驱动处理盒中的相应部件转动以实现打印的过程。
现有处理盒的驱动方式主要有两种:一种是如美国专利US4,829,335揭示的处理盒,处理盒的驱动力传动部件是设在感光鼓一端的螺旋齿轮,通过打印机上驱动部件的螺旋齿轮与处理盒上的感光鼓的螺旋齿轮相啮合,以驱动感光鼓旋转。另一种是如中国专利97119671揭示的处理盒,处理盒的驱动力传递部件是从感光鼓一端部伸出的非扭曲的凸起,该非扭曲凸起与打印机上驱动部件的啮合孔相配合以接受并传递驱动力使感光鼓转动。
在上述第二种驱动方式中,由于感光鼓端部的非扭曲凸起与打印机驱动件上啮合孔相配合时,它们之间的受力面是平面,在传动过程中,由于扭矩的作用,打印机驱动部件啮合孔和处理盒感光鼓上非扭曲凸起之间的接触面发生变形,影响打印机驱动部件啮合孔与感光鼓上非扭曲凸起之间的配合,使得传动变得不平稳、不可靠,进而影响打印质量。且随着长时间的打印过后,受力面的变形会加剧,使打印机驱动部件产生要脱离开感光鼓上非扭曲凸起的轴向力,在打印过程中,打印机驱动部件容易意外脱离感光鼓上的非扭曲凸起。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可靠接受并传递驱动力的驱动力传递部件;
本实用新型的另一目的是提供一种可靠接受并传递驱动力的处理盒。
为了实现上述第一目的,本实用新型提供的驱动力传递部件,包括:安装部,从安装部一端伸出的多个非扭曲的凸起,多个凸起均匀分布在安装部端面上的一个圆周上,且该圆的圆心在安装部的轴线上,每个凸起在距离安装部轴线最远端具有一个形状为外凸曲面的啮合部,啮合部设有一个两端部敞开的凹槽。
为了实现上述第二目的,本实用新型提供的处理盒,包括:感光鼓,感光鼓纵向设于处理盒两侧壁间,并有一纵向端伸出于处理盒侧壁外,在感光鼓伸出于处理盒侧壁的纵向端部上安装有驱动力传递部件,所述驱动力传递部件,包括:安装部,从安装部一端伸出的多个非扭曲的凸起,多个凸起均匀分布在安装部端面上的一个圆周上,且该圆的圆心在安装部的轴线上,每个凸起在距离安装部轴线最远端具有一个形状为外凸曲面的啮合部,啮合部设有一个两端部敞开的凹槽。
根据本实用新型的技术方案,处理盒的驱动力传递部件安装到打印机驱动部件的啮合孔传动时,驱动力传递部件的凸起上的形状为外凸曲面的啮合部与打印机啮合孔的面形成点、面接触,把现有技术中多个面的受力接触分解为多个点的受力接触,使受力更集中,传动更可靠。啮合部设有一个两端部敞开的凹槽,打印机驱动部件的啮合孔端面间的棱部在凹槽内,在传动过程中,打印机驱动部件不会脱离开处理盒的驱动力传递部件,传动的可靠性、稳定性和打印质量得到更进一步的保证。

以下结合各图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
参见图1,本实用新型处理盒包括容纳碳粉的粉仓1和收集废粉的废粉仓2,在粉仓1内设有搅拌架、送粉辊、显影辊等组件;废粉仓2内设有感光鼓、充电辊、清洁刮刀等组件。粉仓1与废粉仓2之间通过销钉或其他方式连接在一起。上述组件及结构与传统处理盒的结构大致相同,在此不做赘述。
下面结合图2和图3对本实用新型驱动力传递部件及处理盒作进一步的说明。本实用新型驱动力传动部件是一个将驱动力从打印机传递到处理盒上的驱动力传递机构。如图1所示,处理盒的感光鼓设于废粉仓2内,并具有一纵向端伸出于处理盒侧壁外,伸出于侧壁外的纵向端部上安装有驱动力传递部件3。驱动力传递部件3具有一个外形大体上为圆柱状的安装部30,通过该安装部30将驱动力传递部件3安装于感光鼓10上。从安装部30一端伸出三个非扭曲的凸起31、32和33,凸起31、32和33均匀分布在垂直于安装部30轴线且中心在安装部30轴线上的圆周上。凸起31在距离安装部轴线最远端具有一个形状为外凸曲面的啮合部311,在啮合部311靠近安装部30一侧设有一个凹槽312,凹槽312两端敞开。凸起32和33具有与凸起31相同的结构,在此不再赘述。驱动力传递部件3通过与打印机上驱动部件4相配合以传动驱动力,二者间的配合关系及打印机驱动部件4的结构在后说明。
当将处理盒安装到打印机上时,打印机的驱动部件4会与处理盒的驱动力传递部件3相配合。打印机驱动部件4上设有一啮合孔40,啮合孔40的横截面形状大致为等边三角形,该等边三角形每一边所在的面为沿轴向扭曲的扭曲面。当驱动部件4与驱动力传递部件3处于啮合状态时,驱动力传递部件3的凸起31、32和33位于驱动部件4的啮合孔40中,凸起31的啮合部311与啮合孔40内壁上的面401紧密接触,由于啮合部311为一个外凸的曲面,其与面401的接触面积比较小,近似一个点、面间的接触关系,啮合孔40与端面间的棱部402在凹槽312内。凸起32和33与啮合孔40的啮合方式与凸起31相同。当打印机的驱动部件4接收指令开始旋转,凸起31、32和33上的啮合部与啮合孔40的内壁面紧密接触,接受驱动部件4的驱动力,使驱动力传递部件3跟着转动进而使感光鼓也一齐转动。同时在旋转传递扭矩的过程中,由于啮合孔40的棱部402在凸起31、32和33上的凹槽内,驱动力传递部件3不易脱离开打印机的驱动部件4,防止驱动力传递部件在打印过程中意外退出,从而保证打印的稳定性。
诚然,本实用新型的技术构思并不仅限于上述实施例,还可以依据本实用新型的构思得到许多不同的具体方案。例如,对应于打印机驱动部件不同截面形状的啮合孔,如四边形、五边形等,凸起的数量也相应地为四个、五个。另外,本实用新型的驱动力传递部件不仅可以用在打印机处理盒中传递驱动力,也可以用在其他需要传递驱动力的领域,此等微小改变以及等效变换均应包含在权利要求所述的范围之内。

Claims (4)

1、驱动力传递部件,包括:
安装部;
从安装部一端伸出的非扭曲的凸起;
其特征在于:
所述凸起为多个,均匀分布在安装部端面上的一个圆周上,且该圆的圆心在安装部的轴线上,所述每个凸起在距离安装部轴线最远端具有一个形状为外凸曲面的啮合部;
所述啮合部设有一个两端部敞开的凹槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的驱动力传递部件,其特征在于:
所述凸起为三个。
3、一种采用权利要求1所述驱动力传递部件的处理盒,包括:
感光鼓,感光鼓纵向设于处理盒两侧壁间,并有一纵向端伸出于处理盒侧壁外;
其特征在于:所述驱动力传递部件安装在感光鼓伸出于处理盒侧壁的纵向端部上。
4、根据权利要求3所述的处理盒,其特征在于:
所述凸起为三个。
