本实用新型公开了一种3150KN压力机，它包括机座，设置在所述机座上由丝杠带动上下移动的冲压滑块，水平设置在所述丝杠顶部的转轮，和分别垂直间隙同轴设置在所述转轮左右两侧的摩擦轮，以及设置在摩擦轮轮轴一端的皮带轮；在摩擦轮轮轴的另一端设置有用于驱动摩擦轮轮轴水平左右移动的气缸。本实用新型优点在于通过所述气缸推动摩擦轮轮轴水平左右移动，这不仅节省了拨叉制造费用，同时解决了由于机械传动磨损所造成的使用寿命短、维修量大的问题。

本实用新型涉及压力机，尤其是涉及3150KN压力机。
背景技术
目前广泛使用的压力机，其冲压滑块上下移动多由丝杠来带动，丝杠的转动由水平固连在其顶端的转轮驱动，在转轮左右两侧分别垂直间隙设置一个摩擦轮，两摩擦轮同轴，推动摩擦轮轴左右水平移动使其中一个摩擦轮与转轮摩擦接触，带动、改变转轮旋转方向驱使冲压滑块下压或上提。目前推动摩擦轮轴左右水平移动，是靠铰接在摩擦轮轴一端的拨叉来实现，因此，拨叉与摩擦轮轴的铰接轴很易损坏而影响生产，尤其是3150KN以上大吨位压力机更为如此。

本实用新型目的在于提供一种使用寿命长的3150KN压力机。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取下述技术方案：
