本实用新型涉及一种散热器,具体来说是一种主要应用于LED灯具的散热器。
背景技术
传统的灯具大都采用钨丝灯泡或钠灯,其缺点是发光效率不高、耗电量大、使用寿命短、维护费用高。
LED具有能耗低、发热量较少、使用寿命长等诸多优点,已得以广泛应用于灯具中,但现有的LED灯具大部分散热效果差,灯具工作时LED散发的热量不能及时排出,使得灯具的使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种散热效果好、结构简单、整体外形美观的散热器。
一种散热器,包括散热器本体,所述的散热器本体上设有若干条高出散热器底板的凸台。
所述的散热器本体两侧设有连接灯具外壳的燕尾槽。
所述的散热器本体上设有若干排散热片。
所述的每排散热片的整体排列外形呈弧形。
本实用新型散热器可直接作为灯具的灯体用于安装光源,可直接与外界空气接触,散热效果好,散热器上设置若干凸台,使LED工作时发出的热量迅速传导到整个散热器,提高了散热器的利用效率,改善了散热器的散热效果,很好的解决了灯具的散热问题,保证了灯具的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种适用于LED灯具的散热器,包括散热器本体1,散热器本体1可直接作为灯体用于安装LED和灯具电源,散热器上设有若干条高出散热器底板的凸台2,凸台2有较大的横截面,LED安装在凸台上,能将LED工作时产生的热量迅速传导到整个散热器,提高了散热器的利用效率。
同时,散热片3之间形成的凹槽,既可减少散热器本体1的重量,节省制作材料;又加强了空气对流,更进一步改善散热性能;另外还便于灯具安装固定。
每排散热条3整体排列外形呈弧形,使产品的外形更为美观。
散热器本体1两侧设有用于连接灯具外壳的燕尾槽4,燕尾槽4的结构设计可增强灯具的防水功能。

1. 一种散热器,包括散热器本体(1),其特征在于:所述的散热器本体(1)上设有若干条高出散热器底板的凸台(2)。
2. 如权利要求1所述的散热器,其特征在于:所述的散热器本体(1)两侧设有连接灯具外壳的燕尾槽(4)。
3. 如权利要求1所述的散热器,其特征在于:所述的散热器本体(1)上设有若干排散热片(3)。
4. 如权利要求3所述的散热器,其特征在于:所述的散热片(3),每排的整体排列外形呈弧形。
