Abstract
本实用新型提供一种Y型液压油封，包括环形油封体，油封体上的主唇口包括内唇低、外唇，其特点是：一种Y型液压油封，包括环形油封体，油封体上的主唇口包括内唇口、外唇口，其特征在于：所述的环形油封体为聚氨酯制成的一体结构，环形油封体截面为Y形。所述的环形油封体内侧面下方设了一条密封筋。所述的环形油封体主唇口的内唇低于外唇。既有良好的耐油、耐磨性能，还能够承受高压，延长了使用寿命，进一步提高了密封性能。

技术领域
本实用新型属于密封件，具体说是一种Y型液压油封。
背景技术
目前国内生产液压油封因要承受30Mpa的高压，所以全设计成了带夹布的丁腈胶产品，一是用夹布承受高压，二是用丁腈来耐油，但因丁腈胶不耐磨，所以产品寿命一直不长。如何设计一种改进结构的液压油封，选择合适的材料，提高耐磨性能，还要能够承受高压，这已成为目前迫切需要解决的技术课题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足，提供一种Y型液压油封，既有良好的耐油、耐磨性能，还能够承受高压，延长使用寿命。进一步的目的是提高密封性能。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的：一种Y型液压油封，包括环形油封体，油封体上的主唇口包括内唇、外唇，其特征在于：所述的环形油封体为聚氨酯制成的一体结构，环形油封体截面为Y形。
所述的环形油封体内侧面下方设了一条密封筋。
所述的环形油封体主唇口的内唇口低于外唇口。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点和积极效果：
1、本实用新型Y型液压油封为聚氨酯制成的一体结构。既有良好的耐油、耐磨性能，还能够承受高压。利用了聚氨酯的性能，适合工况恶劣的使用环境，并且使用寿命长。
2、本实用新型Y型液压油封体内侧面下方设了一条密封筋。既让油封的垂直部分尽量不与所密封的轴接触，又让它们能始终保持垂直，即使油封在轴运动时产生摩擦也不会改变油封与轴的相对位置。
3、本实用新型油封体主唇口的内唇低于外唇。这样在承受高压时，内唇承受的压力就无形中大于外唇压力，使内唇抱轴力大于外主唇，保证动态的轴与静态孔密封性能一致。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细描述：
参见图1-图3，一种Y型液压油封的实施例，包括环形油封体1，环形油封体1是采用聚氨酯制成的一体结构，环形油封体1截面为Y形。既耐油、耐磨，还能承受高压。
环形油封体1上的主唇口包括内唇口3、外唇口2，内唇口2低于外唇口3，这样在承受高压时，内唇承受的压力就无形中大于外唇压力，使内主唇抱轴力大于外主唇，保证动态的轴与静态孔密封性能一致。在环形油封体1内侧面下方设了一条密封筋4，既让产品的垂直部分尽量不与所密封的轴接触，又让它们能始终保持垂直，即使产品在轴运动时产生摩擦也不会改变产品与轴的相对位置。环形油封体1外径与密封孔的内径基本一致，其配合间隙小于0.4mm。这样保证油封与要密封型腔至少有一个基准。
当然，上述说明并非是对本实用新型的限制，本实用新型也并不限于上述举例，本技术领域的普通技术人员，在本实用新型的实质范围内，作出的变化、改型、添加或替换，都应属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1、一种Y型液压油封，包括环形油封体，油封体上的主唇口包括内唇、外唇，其特征在于：所述的环形油封体为聚氨酯制成的一体结构，环形油封体截面为Y形。
2、按照权利要求1所述的Y型液压油封，其特征在于：所述的环形油封体内侧面下方设了一条密封筋。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的Y型液压油封，其特征在于：所述的环形油封体主唇口的内唇口低于外唇口。
