Abstract
本实用新型利用简单的杠杆原理，通过在设备回转部件上加设盘车轮，并利用与之相配合的盘车杆，延长盘车力臂。可利用一根或者数根盘车杆，单人或多人协作，对盘车轮施加相同方向的力矩，即可方便、安全、省力地盘动回转部件至所需位置，获得最佳省力效果。比专门设计的复杂慢驱动机构简单、经济得多，尤其适用于对大回转惯量设备进行简单、快捷的盘车操作。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是对大回转惯量设备进行简单、快捷的盘车操作的工具，特别是一种手动盘车机构，属于机械领域。
背景技术
回转设备在安装或维护后一般需要进行盘车检验。但在盘车操作中有时会遇到某些需要解决的困难，例如回转部件被壳体或安全罩封闭导致直接盘车不便，或者回转惯量较大而需要很大的力矩，在高速端进行盘车又无着力点等。对那些只需偶尔进行盘车、所需盘车力矩不是特别大但人工直接盘动又有困难的设备来说，设置专门的慢传动机构既不经济又不简洁。因此，需要一些低成本、省力、简单实用的盘车机构。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种手动盘车机构，技术方案如下：一种手动盘车机构，其特征是在设备的回转部件上设置盘车轮，盘车轮上设置力矩施力点，设置盘车杆，其一端与力矩施力点传力配合活动联接。盘车轮可设置于设备回转轴或联轴器上，力矩施力点设于盘车轮的盘面或圆周面上。盘车轮上力矩施力点至少一个，盘车杆至少一根。

具体实施方式
参看图1、2，将盘车轮1固定在回转轴2(或联轴器外缘)上，盘面上沿周向设置力矩施力孔3，设置盘车杆4与力矩施力孔3相应配合联接。本实例力矩施力孔3采用圆孔，所以盘车杆4上需设置两个棘爪与之配合，方可传递力矩。如力矩施力孔3采用齿孔，则一个棘爪即可。通过对盘车杆4施加力矩，即可转动盘车轮1；不断改变盘车杆4与在盘车轮1上的联接位置，即可以实现连续转动盘车轮1。盘车轮1也可制成图3所示的可拆分的法兰型式卡合固定在轴上。力矩施力孔也可设置在盘车轮的圆周面上，与盘车杆配合构成舵轮式施加力矩。

1、一种手动盘车机构，其特征是在设备的回转部件上设置盘车轮，盘车轮上设置力矩施力点，设置盘车杆，其一端与力矩施力点传力配合活动联接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的手动盘车机构，其特征是盘车轮设置于设备回转轴或联轴器上，力矩施力点设于盘车轮的盘面或圆周面上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的手动盘车机构，其特征是盘车轮上力矩施力点至少一个，盘车杆至少一根。
