Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种相变保温节能砖,旨在提供一种节能效果好、易于工业化生产、且成本低廉易于推广的建筑用相变保温节能砖。它包括砖体和填充料构成,所述的砖体上开有方槽,所述方槽表面镀有防水釉质,所述方槽中填充有所述的填充料。所述的填充料为Na2SO4·10H2O。本实用新型适合用于非承重维护结构用砖。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到一种建筑用砖,更具体的说涉及到一种相变保温节能砖。
背景技术
随建筑对节能的要求越来越高,国家也出台了一系列关于建筑节能的文件,而对其所采用的建筑材料的保温特性要求也越来越高,而其维护结构的保温性能更是直接关系到节能效果。目前维护结构主要材料是砖,且砖砌的维护结构不再作为主要的承重结构,而主要起到分割空间和保温的作用。而目前砖的保温节能效果并不好,如现在的空心砖,虽有良好的隔热效果,但夜间外面温度降低时,其隔热作用反而使室内热量无法散失,增加了空调负荷,所以整体的节能效果并不好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种节能效果好、易于工业化生产、且成本低廉易于推广的建筑用相变保温节能砖。
本实用新型的相变保温节能砖,包括砖体和填充料构成,所述的砖体上开有方槽,所述方槽表面渡有防水釉质,所述方槽中填充有所述的填充料。
所述的填充料为Na2SO4·10HO2。
本实用新型的有益效果是:(1)节能效果好,其填充料在温度较高的时候会失去结晶水,成为液态,在这个过程中,会吸收大量热能,减少了热量象室内传递;温度低时,其会重新结晶,成为固体,放出热量,通过其储能作用降低了建筑的空调负荷,有良好的节能效果。(2)成本低廉,其原料易的、所需加工工艺简单,成本远远低于已有的相变材料。(3)安全性能高,填充料对人体无害,且不会腐蚀墙体。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
在图中,相变保温节能砖主要由方槽1、砖体2、填充料3等构成。
所述砖体2上开有所述方槽1,所述方槽1的体积大约占砖体2体积的三分之二,其表面渡有一层釉质。所述填充料3填充在方槽1中。
所述的填充料3可采用Na2SO4·10HO2,填充料3的体积应为方槽1体积的百分之九十左右,以消除其状态变化时,体积带来的影响。

1.一种相变保温节能砖,包括砖体和填充料,其特征是,所述砖体上开有所述方槽,所述方槽的体积大约占所述砖体2体积的三分之二,其表面渡有一层釉质,所述方槽填充有所述的填充料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的相变保温节能砖,其特征是,所述的填充料为Na2SO4·10HO2
