本实用新型公开了一种可移动太阳能高效沼气发生器,设有两个半球形壳体组成的圆球形壳体、太阳能装置,该太阳能装置由太阳能集热板、水箱、水管和散热管组成,所述水管内密封装有循环水,其一端连接集热板下的水箱,另一端连接设在壳体内底部的散热管;在壳体的上部设有减压阀和出气口,还设有气压表和保险阀,在壳体内设有一个搅拌器,其特征在于:在壳体的上部设有一个进出料口和进出料管,在进出料口上设有密封盖;在上壳体的侧面还设有一个液位计;在壳体的下部还设有滚轮。本实用新型适用于生产沼气,具有结构简单适用,产气连续,效率高,节能环保效果好。

本实用新型属于一种沼气发生装置,特别是可利用太阳能并可移动的沼气发生装置。
背景技术
沼气是一种适于广大农村,清洁,环保,廉价的可再生能源。长期以来受到人们的广泛重视和大力推广,在我国广大农村已经得到了非常广泛的应用,取得了十分显著的效果。为了不断完善和改进沼气生产技术,人们也提出了不少关于沼气池、沼气发生器的新技术,它们大多都具有不同程度的优点。如河北农大提出的太阳能沼气发生器专利,性能较佳,较为全面,但是,结构偏于复杂;目前的沼气生产装置仍然有不够完备的地方,如沼气发生器的结构强度、密封性、产气量、产气的连续性上仍有不尽人意的地方。因此,需要对沼气发生器的技术提出进一步的改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提出一种可移动太阳能高效沼气发生器,该沼气发生器产气量大,能连续产气,密封好,制作容易,使用方便安全。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:可移动太阳能高效沼气发生器,设有两个半球形壳体组成的圆球形壳体、太阳能装置,该太阳能装置由太阳能集热板、水箱、水管和散热管组成,所述水管内密封装有循环水,其一端连接集热板下的水箱,另一端连接设在壳体内底部的散热管;在所述壳体的上部设有减压阀和出气口,还设有气压表和保险阀,在壳体内设有一个搅拌器,其特征在于:在壳体的上部设有一个进出料口和进出料管,在进出料口上设有密封盖;在上壳体的侧面还设有一个液位计;在壳体的下部还设有滚轮。
本实用新型由于设置了太阳能装置,通过水管和散热管可以给沼气发生器内加热,可以使冬天或气温低时发生器照常产气;设置了搅拌器,可以使料液充分混合,更充分地进行气化过程,提高产气速度和产气量;由于整个壳体是两个半球体构成,进出料口和上口均设有密封盖,特别是只设有一个共用的进出料口,不仅制作容易,整个壳体强度高,密封性能好,不流失燃气,不污染环境;设置的进出料管在料液液面以下,进料从此管内放入,壳体内燃气不会外溢;出料时,使用抽吸出料管从进出料管内伸入到壳体底部,从底部往外抽料,壳内沼气也不会外溢,也保证了进、出料和产气的连续性,使沼气发生器不间断地运行。设有气压表和保险阀,能及时观察壳体内气压并保证安全;设置了液位计可随时观察壳体内料、液、气的情况,以便及时进行维护操作,保证发生器的正常安全运行。本实用新型具有结构简单适用,密封性好,产气量大,不受季节和进出料影响,能连续产气,使用方便安全的优点。

1、一种可移动太阳能高效沼气发生器,设有两个半球形壳体组成的圆球形壳体(1)、太阳能装置,该太阳能装置由太阳能集热板(2.1)、水箱(2.2)、水管(2.3)和散热管(2.4)组成,所述水管内密封装有循环水,其一端连接集热板下的水箱,另一端连接设在壳体内底部的散热管;在所述壳体的上部设有减压阀(3.1)和出气口(3.2),还设有气压表(4.1)和保险阀(4.2),在壳体内设有一个搅拌器(5),其特征在于:在壳体的上部设有一个进出料口(6)和进出料管(6.2),在进出料口上设有密封盖(6.1);在上壳体的侧面还设有一个液位计(7);在壳体的下部还设有滚轮(8)。
