生活中，罐头、酒、矿泉水是人们的常用物品中，并且厂家为了防止食品变质，这种包装的瓶盖密封性都很好，通常不易开启。目前，用于开启洒瓶的工具比较多，还没有专门用于罐头或矿泉水瓶的工具。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种设计合理、结构简单、操作方便的改良起瓶器。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
本实用新型是由两块夹板组成，其中，两块夹板的一端铰接在一起，夹板的内侧组合成夹持孔，该夹持孔的缘呈锯齿形，在两块夹板开有定位指孔。
所述两块夹板的连接端分别设有挡柱。
