本实用新型，在流水线制造时，在金属底板1上辊涂热熔胶3，经烘干固化后，装饰图案层2在设备辊压热熔与热熔胶3粘贴在一起，从而将装饰图案层2粘贴在金属底板1上，然后在装饰图案层2上辊涂透明涂料层4。
