Abstract
一体式气管切开用棉垫，其特征在于该棉垫呈长方形，周边上翘呈盘形，它有三层，下层为1－2层纱布，中间层为非通透性抗过敏层，上层为网状脱脂棉层，三层粘接在一起，在棉垫的一条长边上有2.5－3cm的纵形切口。本实用新型的优点是：(1)网状脱脂棉层和非通透性抗过敏层既可吸收痰液，又防止病人排出的痰液渗漏到下层，就避免了病人咳出痰液后造成的切口处污染，起到保护作用。(2)制作简单、使用方便、经济耐用。(3)能减轻病人痛苦，经济实用。

本实用新型涉及一种医疗用具，特别是涉及一种一体式气管切开用棉垫。
背景技术
临床上气管切开病人的切口处通常需要用无菌纱布进行换药，然而纱布的通透性比较强，因此经常出现两个缺点：一是当病人切口处有渗血、渗液时纱布容易被渗透，二是当病人用力咳痰后会将痰液咳在切口处的纱布上，使得纱布易被浸湿或被污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种一体式气管切开用棉垫，它能克服现有纱布的上述缺点。
一体式气管切开用棉垫，其特征在于该棉垫呈长方形，周边上翘呈盘形，它有三层，下层为1-2层纱布，中间层为非通透性抗过敏层，上层为网状脱脂棉层，三层粘接在一起，在棉垫的一条长边上有2.5-3cm的纵形切口。
本实用新型的优点是(1)网状脱脂棉层和非通透性抗过敏层既可吸收痰液，又防止病人排出的痰液渗漏到下层，就避免了病人咳出痰液后造成的切口处污染，起到保护作用。(2)制作简单、使用方便、经济耐用。(3)能减轻病人痛苦，经济实用。

具体实施方式
本实用新型一体式气管切开用棉垫的特征在于该棉垫呈长方形，周边上翘呈盘形，它有三层，下层为1-2层纱布1，可以吸收切口处的渗血、渗液，中间层为非通透性抗过敏层(图中未画出)，既可接收病人排出的痰液，又能避免上层的痰液渗漏到下层，上层为网状脱脂棉层2，可吸收痰液，三层粘接在一起，在棉垫的一条长边上有2.5-3cm的纵形切口3，可防止咳出的痰液流到纱布外造成的污染。
使用本实用新型时，将其纵形切口3置于病人气管切开口中气管切开管的外周，用胶布将脱脂棉层2固定，使病人在卧位或坐位时均不易脱落。
