水杯的杯体外侧有伸缩套筒，就可以通过上下移动伸缩套筒，改变水杯的体积，杯体上的环形凹槽、弹性密封圈与伸缩套筒上的环形凹槽相配合，可以达到固定伸缩套筒位置，防止水杯中的水泄漏的作用，水杯底部的吸盘，可以吸附在平整的表面上，以防止水杯的意外倾倒。
