本实用新型公开了一种沥青平射加热炉,包括炉体、燃烧器、炉管、空气预热器,特点是燃烧器为数个、设置在炉体两侧;炉体内设有S形炉管,炉管上方设有空气预热器;炉体内的两侧设有数道隔墙;炉体顶部固接烟囱。本实用新型采用隔墙将炉体分成若干个炉段,利用平火焰直接加热以及辐射加热相结合的方式给管内的物料分段加热,它可以控制炉内的升温速率,方便调节炉温,结构简单,操作、维护都很方便,具有连续加热的特点,生产效率高,质量稳定,适合大规模连续生产。

本实用新型涉及化工生产的加热设备,具体地说是一种沥青平射加热炉。
背景技术
在现有技术中生产中温沥青和改质沥青,为了保证质量,对其进行加热时,需要严格控制温度和升温速度,常用的方法是对中温沥青采用单釜间歇加热,对改质沥青则需要用多釜连续加热的方法,这种加热方法生产周期长,热损失大。目前也有采用管式加热炉给沥青加热的,其结构是炉管布置在炉子的中间,依靠安装在炉子底部炉管和炉墙中间的燃烧器形成附壁火焰,加热炉墙后依靠热辐射对管内的工质进行加热,虽然具有连续加热的特点,生产效率高,适合大规模连续生产,但它对炉内的升温速率却无法控制,沥青的质量难以保证。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供的一种沥青平射加热炉,它可以控制炉内的升温速率和炉温,具有连续加热的特点,生产效率高,质量稳定,适合大规模连续生产。
实现本实用新型目的的具体技术方案是:
一种沥青平射加热炉,包括炉体、燃烧器、炉管、空气预热器,特点是燃烧器为数个、设置在炉体两侧;炉体内设有S形炉管,炉管上方设有空气预热器;炉体内的两侧设有数道隔墙;炉体顶部固接烟囱。
本实用新型采用隔墙将炉内分成若干个炉段,利用平火焰直接加热以及辐射加热相结合的方式将炉管内的物料分段加热,它可以控制炉内的升温速率,方便调节各炉段的炉温,结构简单,操作、维护都很方便,具有连续加热的特点,生产效率高,质量稳定,适合大规模连续生产。

具体实施方式
参阅图1~2,本实用新型包括炉体1、平火焰燃烧器2、炉管3、空气预热器4,炉体1由耐火砖砌筑而成,炉管3呈S形设置在炉体1内,炉体1内的两侧设有数道隔墙7,它将炉体1分隔成若干个炉段的燃烧室,平火焰燃烧器2设置在两隔墙7之间的炉体1上,炉管3的上方设有空气预热器4,炉体1顶部固接烟囱9,平火焰燃烧器2的进口5、6分别连接煤气管10、空气管11。
参阅图1,本实用新型是这样工作的:  空气从进口12送入,经炉体1内的空气预热器4加热空气,并由空气管11将加热的空气分别供平火焰燃烧器2燃烧时供氧,煤气管10将煤气分别供平火焰燃烧器2燃烧使用,物料由炉管3的进口13送入,并通过炉体1内由隔墙7形成的若干个炉段的燃烧室分段加热,每段分别升温5~10度,炉管3内的物料经分段加热后由出口8将加热的物料送出,燃烧的废气则由炉中通道加热空气预热器4后从烟囱9排出。调节各炉段的火焰燃烧器2就能方便的控制炉内的升温速率和各炉段的炉温,操作方便,生产效率高,质量稳定,非常适合大规模连续生产。

1、一种沥青平射加热炉,包括炉体(1)、燃烧器(2)、炉管(3)、空气预热器(4),其特征在于燃烧器(2)为数个、设置在炉体(1)两侧;炉体(1)内设有S形炉管(3),炉管(3)上方设有空气预热器(4);炉体(1)内的两侧设有数道隔墙(7);炉体(1)顶部固接烟囱(9)。
