Abstract

本实用新型涉及到机械领域，是一种承载重物的托轮装置。把托轮的支架和导轮改用球墨铸铁铸造而成；销轴的支架是由铸造件构成；销轴通过轴承、档圈相连的导轮为铸造件，支架是整体铸造而成，导轮的两侧分布有8个凹陷的洞。由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型结构简单、容易加工，降低了成本，也减轻了重量，适应性增强了，改善了散热效果，也提高了耐磨度。

本实用新型涉及到机械领域，是一种承载重物的托轮装置。
背景技术
现有的托轮装置的支架采用钢板焊结构，这种焊接结构，牢固性较差，外观和工艺性差，另外，导轮采用的是锻件，用优质的碳素钢，因加工的难度大，精度高，使用受到了限制。因加工导轮，需要大型的锻压设备，其加工过程，浪费材料，成本也高，使用的领域受到了限制。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种新的托轮结构。
本实用新型是这样实现的：把托轮的支架和导轮改用球墨铸铁、铸造而成；销轴的支架是由铸造件构成；销轴通过轴承、档圈相连的导轮为铸造件，支架是整体铸造而成，导轮的两侧分布有8个凹陷的洞。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型结构简单、容易加工，降低了成本，也减轻了重量，适应性增强了。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和图1、图2对本实用新型作进一步地说明。
把导轮(1)装入档圈(5)，压入轴承(2)外环到档圈(5)，将导轮(5)置入支架(6)上，将销轴(8)压入支架(6)，使支架(6)和导轮(1)成为一体。
导轮(1)和支架(6)的两侧均分布有若干个凹陷的洞。在图1中，导轮(1)的两侧均分布有8个凹陷的洞，以减轻重量，节约原材料，改善散热效果提高了耐磨性能。

Claims (3)

1. 托轮，是由档圈(5)、螺母(7)、销轴(8)、堵头(9)轴承(2)、油封(3)、油嘴(4)组成，其特征是销轴(8)的支架(6)是由铸造件构成；销轴(8)通过轴承(2)、档圈相连的导轮(1)为铸造件。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的托轮，其特征是支架(6)是整体铸造而成。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的托轮，其特征是导轮(1)的两侧分布有8个凹陷的洞。
